This airline discriminates upon check-in and admittedly uses racial profiling in their additional security measures, which is evident. Additionally, hold time for customer service can be very long. My flight was cancelled twice and delayed 5 times. My baggage and 5 of my friends' luggage was lost for 3 days and little compensation was provided for this inconvenience. This was especially frustrating as I did not have many clothes after they made me resort and remove extra items in my carry-on luggage twice in the line despite it meeting the requirements. Rebooking was relatively smooth, though I wish I didn't have to go through it three times.
