Very very satisfied
The safety demonstration video was so well done, entertaining giving the necessary information!
Direct flight & on time!
It was cold in the plane. I had a blanket and it was still cold
Old aircraft, long delay, otherwise good
Happy for everything
Just the Kennedy airport is kind of confusing.
Very good experience. Thank you.
The staff member in the check in and terminal were so nice. I felt really welcomed and appreciated.
Still at airport no info
Understand that the weather was an unavoidable issue but the constant gate changes and the small plane and feeling of confinement taxiing on the runway for about an hour with no room to move and the lights off!
They made me check my bag after my flight got delayed and I had to go through airport security all over again. In convenient as I have to fly international . They didn’t care!
Everythings great I just want to get off this plane to board my next one. I'm impatient today it's not your fault it's mine. Also I'm only writing this because I'm bored....how was your day?
The ground stewardess in New York Change my seat it was an exit seat on my boarding pass
Wont pay for hotel when flight returned
One of the worst flights I have ever taken. Flight was delayed 3 hours, and the flight boarding time changed about 5 times.
