Dispute the fact that arrived to airport two hours prior the flight, no boarding pass was provided until 10 minutes before the flight. Request for isle seat, needed due to disability, was not honored. When boarded the plane, after repeated requests for water needed to take medication, no water was provided until regular service. Possibly due to seat not being assigned until the last minute, the baggage was lost and didn’t make to final destination. Staff was disrespectful, and dismissive at the gate and on the plane. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of an elderly disable person! They should be ashamed of themselves!
