The location was perfect, the staff was very helpful, and i got my room upgraded! The only thing that could change is the fact that it should be ice available on each floor and at least add 1 microwave somewhere available. The room had chillers not refrigerators, but it did ok! The hotel is beautiful ...

I wouldn't want to stay their with a spouse/partner because the room is so crowded and the bathroom isn't at all private. There is really no place to put things like a mobile phone or watch - like a nightstand. There is a tray that folds out under the TV (one news station only) but you have to fold ...

The room was very large with a great bathroom including a steam shower. The balcony views were spectacular. The bed was very comfortable & most importantly the staff was very courteous. We stayed in 3 hotels in Paris during our trip, this was the best by far.

Horrible customer service. Due to whats happening in the world right now ive been charged for one of the nights i was to stay because the hotel was still open on that day (eye roll). How was i supposed to get there? All flights and borders were already closing. Absolutely ridiculous.

After reading many reviews I thought this convenient located hotel would be ok for one night. If I would have wanted to sleep on a rediculoisly uncomfortable hydabed, I would have stayed at a friends house, not a hotel.
An excellent budget choice for visiting Disneyland Paris, not expensive so not fancy. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, shower worked well, and lots of space to put stuff. Outlets everywhere so easy to charge your phones, computers, smart watches, tablets. Enjoyed the coffee options at breakfast, ...

We were in the 2nd floor and the internet connections was not very good. The breakfast was really plain, cereal or a French beget sandwich. ...

Property was very clean, but appointments are a bit dated.
The property has no Ac, and does not have any outlets or usb to charge anything!!! You will have to buy an adaptor that front desk will sell you for almost 6 euros. There was no phone or mini fridge, i went downstairs to ask for it and they send someone and he just brought a wine cooler. No water ...
