Super close to the Westfield mall, like right behind the hotel close. Lots of food options around the hotel and close to the Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle. Breakfast was scrumptious and we enjoyed their fresh croissants. Definitely get to the breakfast area early as it can get crowded and busy later on in the morning. Only complaints is that there’s not a lot of toiletries as there’s only a 2 in 1 shampoo/body wash combo in the bathroom, and the room seems outdated with outdated carpet and chipped furniture. Room definitely needs a face lift but the AC is good. I’m glad there’s an ice machine near the elevator. Front desk receptionists are super friendly and welcoming, and always makes sure to greet us upon entrance and exit. If I would stay in Paris again, I would definitely rebook at this hotel!

Our stay began with a wonderful greeting by the staff and early access to our room. The room was a perfect size for 3 adults. We had a queen and a pull out twin with comfortable mattresses on both. The window opened for fresh air. The bathroom was spacious with a rain head shower. The area around the hotel was quiet with so many places to eat within walking distance. Creperie Sainte-Honore and Motors coffee were two of our favorites. The subway entry was right outside the hotel with multiple connection options. We used the iPhone wallet to purchase train rides and we purchased per ride. For 8 days we spent around $52 US dollars. This was less than the longer ended passes available. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and even walked us out with umbrellas during an unexpected rain shower as we took our last walk to the subway to catch our train to the airport. The people of France were welcoming and so easily switched to English to assist with our stumbling French. Thank you Novotel and Paris for an amazing family trip we will not soon forget!!
