Disappointing Stay at My recent stay in Paris was a nightmare. Despite asking about construction, I was told it wasn't a big deal. But the noise was constant, and issues with hot water, elevators, and air conditioning made our stay unbearable. A leak in the bathroom went unfixed, and the hotel tried to retain us with offers of free breakfast. Traveling with seniors, including one with a recent hip replacement, made the fourth-floor room without a functioning elevator a significant challenge. The heatwave (96°F) didn't help. NO AC FOR 3 full days. I paid premium and i didn’t get basic. *Don't book here*. Lack of transparency and poor service made for a disappointing experience. Look elsewhere for a comfortable stay in Paris.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed. Nowhere during the booking process or on their website did it mention that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. I only found out upon arrival — by then, it was too late to cancel or change plans. The noise from construction started early in the morning and lasted all day, making it impossible to rest or enjoy any quiet time. Hallways were dusty, some areas were blocked off, and overall it felt more like a construction site than a hotel. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Guests deserve to know what they’re walking into — especially when paying full price. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until renovations are fully complete and the hotel is upfront about its condition.

I would not have booked this hotel had I known it was under renovation. At no point before or during the booking process was I informed about ongoing construction. Unfortunately, I only discovered this upon arrival. The renovation work was loud and disruptive throughout the day, making it impossible to relax in the room. There was dust in common areas, some facilities were inaccessible, and the noise started early in the morning. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay full price for a stay that felt like a construction zone. Transparency is crucial in hospitality, and this experience left me feeling misled. This was s scam!!!

Hotel room was good, but the AC didn’t get very cold. Twice the fire alarm went off at night from people smoking. The lobby and other areas were under renovation when I got there. Power went off one night (from 2400-0800) and there was no hot water in the morning. But it was very convenient and an otherwise clean hotel.

Overall this hotel was a nice place to stay, but we believe we got bed bugs here. When we arrived home we began having bites pop up for a few days. Other than this the hotel is a nice place and the neighborhood is great.

Great condition, very clean, welcoming and very friendly staff. There was renovation in the hotel that became massive the day we did check out so we haven’t feel it and it wasn’t disturbing our staying. A short walk to the Opera and Lafayette gallery, dining options close by

The hotel is being refurbished and it is nice and modern and the room was comfortable but the room we stayed in was very small. We booked a superior room thinking that it would be larger but to be honest, I'm not really sure what the difference is between the standard. We struggled to find room to keep one standard suitcase and the bathroom was quite cramped. The floor was also not completely clean when we arrived with glitter and broken sequins still on the floor plus there were some food items still left under the bed. It feels like this is operating as a newly opened hotel as they had run out of things and check in was very slow. They also charged our credit card after we left with an amount they have provided no description or response for even after we asked at check out if everything was settled which they confirmed it was. I would not stay here again.
