No room service, no parking available, WiFi didn’t work properly, room always cold heater not working in the room, construction work in the building very disturbing

Hotel is restaurant and mini market next door. Close to Eiffel Tower within 10-15min walk. Breakfast was good but other than than, check in was little slow and worst thing is the room, so dark and smelly. Only night lamp, very dim in the room too dark to see anything around or to get things in the room. They need to upgrade add more light. Also, Hallway was smelly and no light at night time. It has sensor so only if you walk through it then light would come ON or else you wouldn’t want to come out, scary dark black. Plus room strongly smelly like mold, no good.

No trash bags. #################%%#######################

Excellent view of Eiffel Tower and only 15 minute walk

Nice size rooms and has all kitchen appliances. The pull out couch was not very clean. And the furniture was scratched up. AC leaked and did not work in the master bedroom.

Even though I am fluent in french the personnel at the Hotel was rude. Normally when you check in the explain you how things work in the hotel. They didn't say they clean once a week the 3rd day everything was derty

Not enough towels cooridors not cleaned enough and expensive cleaning

The staff was very helpful an the hotel room was nice an acomidating

Spacious, friendly staff. Amazing view (Eiffel Tower) but need to be updated. Rugs and furniture are a worn

Cockroaches, smell , dirty, filthy, never again Please don’t stay here ... extremely disappointed

If you want a clean and comfy place-Thai is not the hotel. It’s a good location, but dirty rooms. 2 stars max

Check-in experience was not pleasant, cleaniless of room and hotel could be improved, and the staff could have been a bit more attentive. Nevertheless the view from our 30th storey apartment was fantastic.

No housekeeping at all. Sinks drain very slowly. No light bulbs. Dark rooms.

Great space, four single beds, with plenty of room to spread out. Small kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, very close to two grocery stores. Walking distance to metro stations, and close enough to walk to the Eiffel Tower. Be aware that when you book the apartment it does not come with housekeeping, that’s an additional fee, but you have a vacuum. Buy some paper towels when you go to the grocery and you should be all set.

Very comfy bed and pillows, roomy considering it's Europe. no daily cleaning

The Adagio staff is fantastic, the hotel not so much. It's okay, beds are firm and sheets clean. We had issues with bed bugs in one room and we were moved to another room only to have sugar ants in the second room. The price is good, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is excellent. If you don't mind living with a few bugs you'll be happy here. To be fair, ours friends were also staying in the Adagio and they didn't have any bugs.

Pros - Easy reach to Eiffel and public transport - Room interiors are of good quality Cons - Simply indifferent nature of ALL staff members as though they have been given punishment to serve here. Have seen cases where they have made consistent snide/sarcastic remarks to other customers. - Room design is deplorable with a weird polygon geometry along with room lighting towards entrance/mirrors which is non-existent. - Breakfast was unwholesome with majority of items overstored well past their lifespan.

Hotel was fine, as far as location is concerned. Prices are higher than the room amenities or room itself . Staff service was horrible, very uncooperative. All of them needs a fresh training as well different approach especially when you are in hotel industry .

The hotel was great. There were 3 of us staying in a room. They told us where we could find the extra pillows/blankets. They were easy to talk to and were awesome when it came to finding how to get somewhere! I would definitely recommend this place. They have laundry which is nice if you're visiting for awhile.

The room was nice -- with a small kitchen and dining area as well as a separate bedroom. The location was a bit further away from the Eiffel Tower than I thought, but still walkable in about 20 minutes. We did arrive around 2pm and our room wasn't available until 3:30pm. This was during the French Open so rooms were rather scarce in the city. For the 4 nights we were there, there was no maid service.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. Please accept our apologies. While it is true that there is no room service as is offered in a classical hotel, guests staying in rental apartments may always request cleaning services for stays shorter than 7 days. Also, parking is available for 20€ per day and we do offer high speed WiFi. We are sorry to hear that the temperature of your apartment was not ideal for you and regret that we had not been aware at the time. We do have technicians on hand to readily address any such issues. Additionally, we are carrying out works, during day time hours, to improve our facilities and the overall experience of our guests. We apologize if you were inconvenienced. We ask that guests make us aware of any discomfort as we do have quieter rooms available and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is pleasurable. We hope to welcome you for an improved experience in future. Best wishes, Elie El Hayek, General Manager
