When we first checked in the room unfortunately had a strong unpleasant odor. I reported it right away and the staff promptly removed us to another room. They were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, within walking distance to many attractions.

Location: Perfect spot! Just a short walk to the Louvre and plenty of other must-see sights. If it’s your first time in Paris, you really can’t go wrong staying here. Room Quality: Loved it—quiet, spotless, modern, and super cozy. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all. Safety: I felt completely safe both during the day and at night. It was comforting to always see a friendly staff member at the front desk when I came back late in the evening. Overall: I’d happily stay here again. The location, comfort, and overall vibe made it well worth the price.

It is not in a good location! No lobby, or food or water, coffe machine broke, phone dead!10 long blocks to better area. Stairway very small, elevator for one. I one to Operate hotel but young girl. Couldn’t even get us a cab or uber.no help!

Disappointing. Not on a great street, did not feel comfortable walking at night, restaurants were ok not very good and no food or drinks or lobby at hotel. You walked in and had to go to room. Status very windy and narrow. Reminded me of the Holiday Inns. Would not stay there or recommend to anyone. Cabs had no idea where it was.

As I entered, I was greeted by a really friendly staff, she helped me store my luggage until the check-in time as I arrived earlier. I was surprised by the compactness of the hotel, the elevator able to carry 1 person with 2 big luggage bags. When I got to the room, I found out the AC doesn't work, the reception staff told us they haven't turned on the cooling on the AC for some reason, it was weird for me, as the AC should always be on, and in the customer's control to use for both cooling and heating purpose. The night before checking out, the staff told us, they can book a cab for us to the airport for 60 Euros, as the drivers they know, have a 'Special permit' for less crowded roads after the Olympics games, we agreed, which we shouldn't have. The cab picked us up and then charged us 74 Euros, total ripoff. And the cab took the road which Google maps suggested us, so, no special route. The AC cooling not working, and the overly expensive cab ride, were the complaints we had. To new customers booking this hotel, please call ahead and confirm the AC issue before booking.

Sari was a wonderful help to us! His friendliness and attention to detail made us feel right at home. Truly a service oriented person! Upon arrival to our room we had welcome letter waiting to greet us after a long day of travel. What a nice touch! The room was comfortable and clean The location to the Louvre Museum was really nice too! Would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Paris!
