Best value for good service and a great room with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. Near the subway and all busses. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Ask for the 9th floor or above. Just amazing view. One of the bus stops to both Charles De Gaul and Orley airports is on the street corner to the hotel. Express bus service for round trip €34.00.

I stayed for several nights, but was disappointed the moment I walked into my room. The view which was advertised and in the pictures for this level of room showed a great view of the Eiffel tower, while the actual view from the room was non-existent. To se the tower I had to go out on the balcony, and then lean out over the railing. If my schedule had any room in it between checkin and my first tour I would have complained and asked for a room with the view advertised, but I did not and then felt I could not after spending one night there. I also did not like the modern look, and especially did not like the confusing set up in the lobby for checkin/out. 2 small desks w computers off to one side, and then 2 more computers at the ends of a long table, with nothing clearly labeled, and staff that seemed afraid of customers rather than friendly, welcoming or helpful. Mostly they seemed to watch you coming and scurry away to avoid any interraction. When I did talk to someone at 6am, it was to report that the phone in my room did not work, so I could not call to have my laundry picked up, and ask, since I was leaving then for a tour, that they send someone to my room to pick up the laundry so that it would be done in time to have clean shirts for dinner. He wrote down my name and room number, but when I returned from my tour, the laundry had not been picked up and the front desk had to record of my request. Bad service, uncomfortable lobby setup, I will not stay there again.

Tried to order room service, could not get through on th phone so went downstairs only to be told they were too busy to serve us. No consierge to assist with local events, tours, etc.

Hotel is in a perfect area.. Easy to tour around. Pleased with staff.

Loved this place!!! Great location, beautiful views and friendly staff. The bar drinks were awesome but breakfast was just meh. Overall I loved it and will stay here again if I'm ever back in Paris.

Very close to Eiffel Tower. Pickup and drop off for cabs/Uber very easy and convenient.

Great place to stay near Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff

It's walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, close to metro, lots of places to eat and friendly staff, they gave us the best view of the Eiffel Tower from our room

I had a great experience and recomend it.The location is so perfect.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel, I really like it's proximity to the Eiffel Tower, the modern lobby and the restaurant/bar located next to the lobby. We spent New Year Eve in that location and we really liked it. I also like the hotel room, by European standards it's a large room compared to other hotels. This year I saw the hallways with more scratches and dings on the walls and my room had a running toilet that made a sound every 30 minutes. I told the until check out about the toilet and I just turned the water to the toilet off before going to sleep. Hopefully they keep up with the maintenance because I really like the hotel and the hotel location. I would definitely stay a third time if I go back.

This is the perfect hotel for a trip to Paris. It's close to everything

I paid for the upgrade of having a view of the Eiffel Tower, but the orientation of the building meant the only view was an awkward angle from the corner of the balcony. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

I love the super swanky feel of the hotel nicely decorated with designer chairs sofas and light fixtures . It's so close to the Eiffel Tower that's the first thing you see coming out of the hotel. Restaurant is superb , locavores will enjoy the fresh vegetables harvested from their very own backyard garden .

I booked this hotel due to the level of high ratings. I booked and paid for a room with Eiffel tower view (as pictured on the hotel's Orbtiz page) and included a note requesting a high floor. Not only did the room have NO view of the Eiffel tower, but we were placed on the 1st floor, right above the entrance...where the noise of cars and taxis is easily heard. When I spoke to management, I was told they couldn't accommodate the room I requested and paid for on that night, but the "manager" whose name was Youssef promised to move us to an acceptable room the next night...that did NOT happen. Staff is rude, dismissive and doesn't give a care in the world. If i request a high floor and you can't accommodate it, the least the hotel could have done would have been to give a room in a middle floor, to show they have TRIED. But giving us a room on the first floor means they did not even look at the details of the reservation, nor did they care. I wouldn't recommend this hotel especially if you're looking for a view of the Eiffel tower. Don't pay the premium. It's not worth it. Orbtiz offered a little discount for the inconvenience on a future booking. Needless to say, that offer doesn't make up for the huge price premium I paid for a room with the Eiffel Tower view.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and would recommend anyone visiting Paris to stay here. It is relatively close to everything in the city, via the subway system. The Eiffel Tower and the Seine River are only a minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel.

Great location, close to the Eiffel Tower and the metro. Friendly staff. Comfortable and modern room. Would highly recommend.

Great Hotel, Great location. My Wife and I were really happy with our stay and the staff.

Nice and convinient. Good food Clean and pleasant

Wonderful hotel and perfect location. Easy to get to from the airport,

We paid for a balcony view for our 8 year wedding anniversary. The staff got us a room on the 8th floor. It was amazing. The hotel was nice with a modern design. I would stay there again.
