Citadines Tour Eiffel Paris

We selected this hotel for it's ability to house 4 guests and moderate price for the area which was reasonably close to the Eiffel Tower. When we arrived they had no record of our reservation (for which I had a confirmation number and printed out reservation). They appeared to have a paper booking keeping system, which I found surprising. Thankfully they were able to get us a room consistent with our reservation. The staff was helpful and spoke English which we appreciated. The hotel itself was older as you would expect in the middle of Paris, and it had some charm. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work and the room was very hot. We enjoyed our partial view of the Eiffel Tower and the location was convenient enough; however the hotel was immediately next to the train which might bother some visitors. In my opinion this hotel worked well as a home base for sight seeing, but did not add to our visit itself other than providing a view of the Eiffel Tower lights at night.

This is a service apartment so you can cook in your room if you want. It's right the street from the subway station & not too far from the Eiffel tower (20 min. walk). There are lot of restaurant/café in the area.

Decent location for family trip , but rates are very expensive for the value you get. Rooms are too small , smelling carpet , v poor overall room conditions never planning to stay there again , v bad experience we had to move to another hotel the next day of our arrival

We stayed here as a family of 4. The two other families we were with also stayed here. Location was excellent! Short walk to Eiffel Tower and the lovely big grassed area and parks (great for our kids!). We were right outside a Bus and Metro Stop too. We jumped on the 80 bus one day and went up to Montmartre. Many nice places literally over the road to grab something to eat or have a drink. My husband and I didn't get to do this because of our 2 year old and the fact the places were on busy streets. We walked down and caught a tour bus one day too. Markets were literally across the road on the Wed and Sat of our stay; we purchased fresh meats, cheeses and breads for a Tour Eiffel picnic with champagne. Room was decent size for our family, water came out of shower a little as screen wasn't affixed. Our room didn't have washing facilities but our sister-in-laws did, plus washing was available on site. I got an amazing pizza over the road and the sushi next door from "Sushi Shop" was beautiful. There was a breakfast available for I think €23 for adults but our kids were free. Lobby had free coffee machine. I would stay again!

This hotel is great. Its 10 mins walk to eiffel tower. There are restaurants nearby. The hotel has a water cooler so you can refill your water bottles anytime and theres an espresso machine which makes the best cup of cappucino. Staff is friendly. We were on the top floor with a fantastic view of the eiffel tower. Very clean and spacious. Well worth it.

This was my 2nd time staying at the Citadines Eiffel T . Two years ago it was perfect. Now I can't say that because of my experiences. Upon Arriving the lobby was extremely hot. On the check in says 2pm but when you get there they tell you it's 3pm but the rooms still weren't ready 3 hours later. Stepping off a plane, you want to put your bags down and freshen up right away but couldn't' they not venture back out in the heat. When one of our two rooms were ready, we all went to that one room which was hot. There seem to be a problem with the A/C. My sister who had health problems couldn't do anything but lay down because of the heat. There was no working WI-FI even after reporting it to the staff, we wasn't able to use the wifi for almost the entire 6 day stay. I tried to use the lobby Mac Desktop but that wasn't working, I asked the staff to help and the internet was out. When working, I tried to use the printer to print directions and the printer didn't work. I had to take a picture of the directions. In the room there wasn't any wash cloths or face towels. Found one hand towel with stains on it. When Asked about the towels they directed us to a room that only had bath towel and hand towels. When we asked the staff about the towels they said that the hotel doesn't have face towels or wash cloths. This shocked the heck out of me because my previous stay we had everything we needed. Luckily I brought my own which was eventually taken by the staff upon cleaning my room. If they hotel didn't have wash cloth why would you think the one that was in there belong to the hotel. So the hotel provided me with some wash clothes the day before we left. Everyone had to bathe with large heavy hand towels. that was a mess cause water dripped everywhere. I though maybe the Apart-hotel was under new management cause there no way it could have changed and down graded like this in two years. I recommended people to stay here after my stay in 2015 but I'm not so sure I'll be doing it now. Everything you expect to have that was advertised for your stay was no provided. The Lobby staff, I want to believe, they tried to help but It was out of there hands. I thought this would be the hotel to stay at every time I'm in Paris but I now have a change of heart. Location was perfect, and the rooms where fairly cleaned. I'm very disappointed. I took two new family member to Paris with me and they were disappointed about a apart-hotel I had mentioned was the best apart-hotel

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. we are satisfied with the hotel location as well, it is very convenient to go everywhere. Of coz the tower view from our room is fantastic. It is a really sensible choice to stay here.

Very nice hotel, very close to Trafalgar square, room with a kitchenette, nice breakfast, cleaning the room once a week but you can get extra towels, very polite and helpful, got for us taxi to the airport

We had a lovely apartment that looked to be freshly renovated. The kitchen was well equipped and stylish. The bathroom looked new with a heated towel rail and mirror that didn't fog up! The furniture was modern.

Hotel was in a good location, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. Also the kitchen furnishing was good. Very good hotel when travelling with children. A large Monoprix next to the hotel and only 5min walk to Eiffel.
