Really enjoyable stay , very helpful staff , hotel located next to train station and small supermarket- very easy walk to the major attractions . Our room had a stunning g view of the Eiffel Tower , rooms are small

stayed here for 2 nights in may 2017, the hotel rooms look much bigger on the website but when u get inot the rooms they are not as spacious. The hotel is also over priced, some rooms have balcony and so dont. the front desk lady looked frustrated while checking us in which is how most people behave in Paris im not sure why. Over all a very average experience,

Very satisfied. Good sevice - and three metrolines! Rooms are clean and the noise isolation is good. The location is excellent, a metro station can not get any closer. The personnel was very friendly too.

The apartments are well kept. There is an elevated train line just across from the building and we were expecting to hear the trains. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we didn't hear any noise and our stay was really enjoyable. The reception staff were very friendly and there was complementary tea and coffee making facilities. The location is excellent for walking and enjoying the sights and we had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from our bed at night and were treated to a lovely light show each night

Citadines was my choice accommodation in Paris for its reasonable price, excellent location and a magnificent view of the eiffel tower. The kitchen is fully equipped and is great to prepare our own meals. Fresh towels and various amenties were available for self pickup daily. Location was unbeatable, metro in front of hotel serves various lines, supermarket just across the streets, various bakeries and shops line up around the hotel and a macdonalds downstairs. Paying extra for the high floor and view is worth every penny for first time visitors. The coffee, tea and hot chocolate machines near the front desk is great to start n end my day.

There were some mixed reviews on this hotel so I was a little nervous. My family of 4 (mom, dad, daughter 14, son 10) like to stay in apart-hotels or places with a kitchen so we have a bit more space and can make our meals. This place fit the bill (and we got a sweet deal on Delta vacations). We got upgraded to a room that had a view of the Eiffel Tower so that was awesome. It was a good location -- the walk to the Eiffel was a hike - but you are right next to La Picquet Grenelle Metro station, so if you want to just take the metro -- it is a breeze to get anywhere in the city or with a transfer to the RER to Disneyland Paris or Versailles. The room itself had the world's tiniest kitchen, but it did the job. You have a small fridge, a cook top, dishwasher, all the dishes you need. We managed to have most dinners at home in our 6 night stay. The location is also great for its location near groceries. There is a monoprix next door -- it has everything you need. On Sunday and one other day -- there was a market under the metro tracks. You can buy everything you need there for a good meal. There were bakeries, sushi, just everything you could want it a short distance. It was awesome. Our room itself had a separate bedroom (which I love -- I hate to sleep in the same room as the kids). There are also 2 TVs (one in bedroom, one in living area.) We did enjoy some BBC in the evenings when we were resting from the busy days. The couch folded out to some weird individual beds -- which was good -- it gave each of my kiddos there own space. I slept in one of those beds one night -- and it was pretty hard (I think French mattresses are just harder in general). It was satisfactory. The employees at the hotel were super helpful. The room was clean and while we were there they did a cleaning for us. We asked for more pillows and we got them right away. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Spent 2 nights here on a fleeting weekend in Paris for an engagement celebration. Check in was quick and trouble free, receptionist spoke good English. I had booked on the Internet... hotel had all the details. Apartment was very clean indeed. Easy to be absolutely self sufficient, plates, glasses etc. etc provided. Good toiletries. Comfortable bed and good bedding. Hotel in a good position in a side road. Area felt very safe indeed. Complimentary tea and coffee available 24/7 Also fresh cooled water dispenser. Access day and night. Would recommend.

Went on a girls only family trip with 3 generations. Stayed in a 1 bedroom two level apartment. First, the location is ideal. About a 2 minute walk to Trafalgar Square yet on a quiet street away from the noise. There are 2 nearby convenience stores and a pub next door. 2nd, the service is first class. I mentioned it was my daughters first time in London and they wrote her a welcome note on the back of a London postcard. She loved it. They also gave us a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. Our room was ready and check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was simple but everything they served was well prepared. Do not miss the yummy waffles. The free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby was a major plus in the fall weather. Only minor problem was they forgot that our rate included daily housekeeping. 3rd, we booked directly at a reasonable rate via their membership club which offers a lot of good promotions. The room is way bigger than most London hotel rooms with a kitchen, dining and living room area. The design is well thought out and efficient with enough counter space for 3 women and a little girl. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for two nights, great location, friendly staff and clean room. The bus and metro station are across the entrance, nice shopping street Rue de la Commerce and walking distance to the Eiffel tower
