The hotel is very lovely, clean rooms, amazing reception that gives off Disney vibes, can't fault the place, we had a family room and it was very spacious, nice pool and spa, breakfast was nice if you have continental options, but there was a good variety of hot options, just not to my liking, which is no issue with the hotel, staff were friendly and helpful with anything and everything, great location to Disney, free shuttle bus, in the morning it is fine, but if you stay for the fireworks then it is a nightmare getting the shuttle and i would recommend getting an uber, only around €12 but so much more convenient expecially if you have kids, but definitely worth using the free shuttle in the day, overall a brilliant hotel and would happily stay again.

Great hotel, horrible guests. The hotel is beautiful and we appreciate the amount of high quality, pretty details. Our only issue with the hotel itself was the hours of the gym. When I checked in, the front desk told me the gym was open from 0700 to 2300. I learned the hard way that the gym is tied to the spa, and only open for ridiculous hours like 1100 to 1700 with a closure in the middle of the day for lunch. If you’re trying to work out before or after you go to the parks all day, this is unreasonable. As someone who pays extra for a hotel with a gym, this was frustrating. Overall, we had a horrible experience and won’t stay there again. Sadly it had nothing to do with the hotel and everything to do with the guests. This hotel seemed disproportionately filled with the brattiest, most entitled families I had ever seen. Complete with moms wearing a gallon of makeup, looking like they walked off a set of Real Housewives of Manchester or a UK, wannabe version of the Kardashians; not supervising their children as they flung food at the walls in the breakfast buffet and disrespecting the lounge staff as they kept insisting on drinks, hours after the lounge should have been closed. Every mom, with family in tow, I think picked the hotel to take pictures of themselves on instagram, with a completely disinterested attitude in keeping their kids under control. As a result, we saw the hotel staff overwhelmed, with issues like vomit in the restrooms, screaming down the hallways, etc.

The hotel has been refurbished but the air con/heating system is old and not flexible for modern use. The hotel was so hot that we couldn’t sleep for the first night. The fans provided were also old and too noisy to use. A solution was found for the rest of the stay but only after a lot of complaints. Otherwise it is very child friendly so there are a lot of children staying. It is convenient for Disney with a shuttle bus running every 15 minutes. Not a hotel for couples or adult travellers.

Breakfast was a scrum and very limited repetitive options. Terrible coffee. Rooms are nowhere near the standard the lobby tries to portray - it’s just a hook. Far too basic for the money charged. And one od the most infuriating parts was being charged for parking when the hotel itself doesn’t charge for parking. I will be making a claim for this

Amazing welcome and very clean and refreshing every time we walked in. Food was great for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were very warm and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat but the windows opened fully. Bathrooms a little dated. Bedrooms light, airy, clean and well maintained. Pool small but great for kids with a slide and shallow areas. Really easy shuttle service to Disneyland where there is also a train station with trains into Paris and the airport etc. The shuttle is every 20 minutes in the morning and evening, every 40 through the day. It’s very difficult to get on the shuttle in the evening because it’s so busy. There are taxis that will take you back. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

This is a beautiful castle like hotel just minutes from Disney Paris. Our grandchildren had almost as much fun in the hotel as they did at Disney Paris. The hotels strikes a reasonable balance between catering to children and adults. We took our 5 & 9 year old grandchildren and we all enjoyed and appreciated the hotel and its very capable staff. We highly recommend the Dream Castle Hotel.
