Room was fine, staff were very nice and helpful. Over half of my party got food poisoning here and were violently sick for a day. They couldn’t fully enjoy the buffet and some had to cancel their restaurant reservations because of it. Signing up for restaurant bookings was more difficult than needed, and most of the times you could just ask for a table anyway without reservation. App was not user friendly. Sometimes the restaurant staff would ask if we had the menu without allowing us to scan a QR code and would rush us to make a decision. Wish the app could show the menu as well as the reservation at the same time or the restaurant provide a paper menu. The map on the app for the resort was also very confusing and finicky. It sometimes didn’t show properly where the location was and just zoomed out to the whole resort. Food was okay, saltier than expected for many dishes. Was expecting restaurant quality to be higher since it was so hard to get a reservation but it wasn’t. A lot of their pudding desserts had no flavour. Entertainment at night was nice. Hours of operation for snack bar was not correct. The room was too cold with fan/AC at night so I grabbed a blanket from the closet but it had bugs living in it. The app allowed you to do many things like order room service or browse activities, but it doesn’t say if the activity is kids only or adults only. The beach was very nice, could see fish just by standing in the water.
