I liked the look of the property, it was spacious and that the pool was close to the beach. They did good in cleaning the rooms. I did not like that they served the same foods, I would have been nice to have more of a variety of foods for the buffet. When sitting outside near the pool the animals would be picking at the food even when close to the food. So I would say there’s too much of those animals running around.

Cons: Resort needs better food options. Buffet food and restaurants options were not spectacular. Coatis interfering with staff and other visitors for food. Pros: Staff always friendly, especially entertainment staff, who had plenty of activities each day. Beautiful resort. Cleaning team did an excellent job cleaning each day.

Never got the room I booked. There was no Water pressure in the room and ever time we tried to book a restaurant it wouldn’t let us
staff was super friendly and professional
The beach. The pool in the room was moldy. And all the tiles w ere falling off .
Excellent staff and service. Property kept very clean and very welcoming environment. However, dining options at a few of the restaurants could be slightly better and more options for kids and not the same menu all around. Overall though it was a wonderful stay for my family and I. Looking forward to coming back here and definitely recommend anyone to book here as it is super family friendly.
