Our apartment is comfortable for 8 people with 3 independent bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 common space including living (with huge sofa bed) and kitchen. Very calm and safe neighbourhood close to central metro stations and walking distance to historical Madrid. Renovated in November 2022 with exclusive quality materials and taste for decoration.
Entrance door directly from the street. There is a reception hall (clothe hanger and shoe rack) . Next the living room with dining room and kitchen all together in 30 m2. Spacious, newly renovated, full equipped, design, central, safe, comfortable. First bedroom with jungle touches and 140cmx200cm bed. Second bedroom with seaside touches and 140cmx200cm bed. Third bedroom with underground touches and 140x200cm bed. There are 2 fully equipped bathrooms both very spacious. Washing and drier machine available. 2 clothe lines: Outdoor and folding.
The area requires paid parking on the street however we have a parking place that you can use upon request.
The apartment features a kitchen and 4 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a sofa bed.
