Second time staying there, nice modern hotel in the center of Madrid, in Barrio de las Letras, walking distance to everything. Big nice room, amazing bathroom, good breakfast. The only thing is deficient air conditionig in the room, this is common in spain an not only to this hotel, if you need your room to rest in the afternoon, is not going to be in a confort zone climate wise.
elegant hotel. great location. excellen service. perfect for business or pleasure
Very nice room and comfortable bed. Clean decent sized bathroom. The living area was small and I had only a double bed. For my 6'1" it was OK. The room had only a tiny closet area and two shelves for other clothing. No drawers to actually put anything into. More then one occupant in this room would be challenging unless one lived out of their suitcase. I had a little balcony that I could actually open into a courtyard. I was on the side away from the road and I slept some with the balcony open. This hotel like many suffer from a lack of AC at night as they often shut the chillers off to conserve electricity. I don't know for sure but this may have been the case here as the AC petered out about 4am each night. I fortunately could open the balcony wide and get fresh cool air.
Stayed for a night, good location near santa ana square, modern decoration.
I had a traumatic day of delayed flights and missed trains. I was not planing on staying in Madrid but had to quickly book this hotel. They were amazing and welcoming. After the long day I had, it was a welcome change and a great way to start my journey in Spain. Loved this hotel and would go back anytime I am in Madrid.
Very nice hotel situated in the heart of Madrid. Modern, clean, easy access and good price
Great hotel, with a modern vibe to it. It doesnt seem like a large hotel, but the room corridor are huuuugeee, you can almost get lost in it. Friendly staff, nice and early breakfast (nice to have it so you can eat before leaving to a tour or the airport). The location it is amazing for the nigth life, a block away fron plaza santa ana, that plaza is full of tapas bars, beer bars nad restaurants. Really nice stay.
The staff was warm and welcoming. The location could not have been better. Very convenient to El Prado Museum, Plaza Mayor, and The Royal Palace. Great restaurants could be found in abundance. The room was very pleasant but a bit dark. On the plus side, it allowed me to sleep in late the next morning. I would definitely return.
Outstanding arrangement from one side next to the sights, from the other side in the sediment of evening life, they present this hotel from the winning side!
My stay in this hotel really helped my vaction in Spain start on a good note. The room was amazing in both it's comfort and its decor. The hoetl itself is only afew minutes walk from the train station and the major museums. Breakfast, though priced at hotel rates, was still a delight, and the breakfast area is well set up to start conversations with fellow travelers. My only quirk was that I stayed in an "apartment" unit, which did have the feature of a iron (I could rent one from the desk.) Apparently their suites do have one, so check this is if it's important to you.
Great stay as usual. Great value in the center of Madrid. Enjoy
The location is perfect for all your site seeing. You can easily hit all the museums from here. The hotel has a wonderful look. There are many tapa bars and Plaza de Santa Ana is just up the road. The beds are not the most comfortable, but still serve their purpose. I would definitely book again.
Nothing fancy. Breakfast was okay. Furnitures, TV, curtains are very old, needed to be replaced.
Close to the main attractions in Madrid. I would definitely recommend staying there
Can't get a better location, near to restaurants, museums, shopping, shows, attractions and all the action.
This hotel has delivered again...perfect location and service is awesome. This is our third time here abd I'm sure not our last. We gave family in Madrid and this is a great location for them to pick us up from but also very close to all the bars for great tapas, sangria and people watching. Nightlife starts in Madrid at about 10:30 every night and the Vincci Soho is right in the middle of the action. Booked online with no issues on arrival. Great value when you consider the location.
We booked a room here because of the great reviews and the great price and were not disappointed. The location couldn't be better and the hotel is rather impressive. Staff were very courteous--there was a wedding going on in the lounge and it was very noisy in our room, and when we asked to move they were very accommodating. Only downside was the mattress--for such a chic hotel you'd expect better than a springy hard mattress, but we only stayed one night and it was ok. Not sure if we could have stayed more with that mattress though. Free Wifi in the rooms was great and everything was clean and modern looking. Just change the mattresses and it would be a 5 star review
Wish we stayed more than 1 night. Perfect location. Clean rooms, couldn't ask for more for our stay in Madrid. Walking distance to everything you want to see.
We will be back many many many times!! It is very clean hotel with a huge terrace for chilling out. It is less than 3 min walking to almost all the cool pubs and restaurants in madrid. I love this place. No wifi in the room though!! didnt matter because we were to busy exploring the real world of madrid to waste time online
First time to Madrid and I lucked out like no other. This is THE BEST hotel in THE BEST location you can find. And, at an excellent value. You can walk to everything from this wonderful hotel: 10 minutes to Reina Sofia Museu, 7 minutes to Prado and Botannical Gardens, 1 minute to Plaza Sta. Ana. And, right out the front door are the best cafes, bakeries, restaurants...everything Madrid has to offer. I would not change a thing on my next return trip to Madrid. And I have never said that about a trip before. Do yourself a favor and stay here. They even offered me a 2:00pom checkout when I only asked for a 1:00pm late checkout. The staff was wonderful!!! Thanks, Vicci Soho! See you again!
