I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend for the weekend. It was a nice hotel, spacious rooms. The rooms can do with being re-decorated, the wall paper was hanging off, and a bit dated. The prices in the hotel restaurant was very over priced for what was on offer and we had to wait 15 minutes before even being asked for what we want to drink or even being given a menu. This hotel is very far from any local sight seeing attractions or any form of shops. We had to get cabs everywhere. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions we had.
This is a great place for a conference in Madrid. Pros are: close to the airport (10-15 mins by taxi), so you can easily collect your participants; excellent, helpful and friendly staff; very good conference room & facilities; nice food and comfortable rooms. Cons are only that this is just an ordinary industrial neighbourhood and metro stop to the center is 10 mins walk uphill. Highly recommended for events!
Stayed at this hotel while attending a conference at the nearby Feria de Madrid conference centre. Check-in/out process could have been a little quicker but staff were always friendly and helpful. Reception areas of hotel were well presented and rooms were clean but in need of a little repair. No iron available in the room and when I asked at reception for one I was told they did not have any for security reasons but they would iron for me at a charge of €8 per item. For a 4 star hotel this is really poor. Not much around the surrounding area but jump in a taxi and you're only 10 mins to the city centre.
Excellent hotel with very fast room service. All facilities available in the hotel. Check in process is very fast and same is check out. View from room is very good . You can have feel of building and roads.
Very nice hotel for the price (I paid 38€ for night). However, I am not necessarily sure if it's 4 star hotel. It's nice and clean hotel and I could stay there again if I don't have to be close to Madrid as it's about 50min bus drive from the city centre.
Hotel is located in a good part of Madrid, the rooms were clean, the lounge area welcoming. The staff were very accommodating as we spoke very little spanish. The meal cooked in the restaurant at dinner time wss delicious. Shops, restaurants and take outs not too far away, the airport is about twenty minutes drive. All in all a very good five days, we totally enjoyed our stay and would visit the hotel again. Thanks to all the staff, especially house keeping.
How can people complain about the distance between the hotel and the city centre when they can look up where the hotel is? 🤔 For our first trip to Madrid, this was an excellent experience. There was a delay at check in because we were checking in at 11:30pm after a long day and the fellow in front of us was ordering a pizza. The receptionist was very apologetic. We loved the room, very spacious and clean with clear tall windows. The proximity to Paradise Park was a bonus as I am an avid runner and found it a great place to clear my head. Simancas is the closest operating metro station and was a scenic 15 minute walk away. The location of the hotel was not an issue as the Madrid metro system is so smooth. Do not let the hotel's location put you off if you want to visit central Madrid. Although it did take us an hour to get back to the airport on a Monday morning. The best thing about this hotel? A functioning fridge with complimentary water bottles (x4) that were replaced daily. I cannot stress how much this was appreciated in mid August. There are a family of stray cats living behind the main building, just for your information. Will definitely stay again if in Madrid.
Me and some colleagues stayed here for 1 night whilst on a business trip. Upon arrival we have to wait until 2pm for the room to be ready so had some food in the hotel restaurant. I ordered a burger which was extremely pink so I did not eat it, and the salad that was ordered by other colleagues was just tomatoes and cheese on a plate. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast so this was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable and had all the facilities needed for our stay. It was approximately a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the centre and a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Overall, quite standard, but fine for small business trips.
The hotel is at a very quiet place in the city. We were allowed an early check in as our flight reached in the morning. Rooms were spacious and neat. The receptionist Ms.Myriam was very helpful. She could converse in English and explained to us about the transport system which included local buses and the metro. This helped us in exploring the city on our own. Overall a nice stay. Though the hotel is away from city centre but the area of its location is very peaceful.
Me and my partner stayed here while in Madrid , it's a very modern, clean, friendly hotel which serves very good food! It was extremely cheap to stay hear in August ! The only downside is its on the outskirts of the city so it's a 20min taxi ride to the centre of the city! And a few of the locals aren't exactly "tourist friendly" apart from that we had a great stay, highly recommended !
