Great accommodation. The room was large enough and equipped with all necessary toiletry. I loved the Spa. The hotel is centrally located right across from Plaza España with access to shops and restaurants at walking distance. The staff were very courteous. I will stay there again

Good location but noisy at night, clean hotel. I was traveling with my baby girl and I needed a room after a long fly. Front desk told me there were no rooms of the category I choose but he gave me an upgrade (paying 30 extra euros per night even when they were supposed to do it for free since they are a VIP access hotel and that’s one of the perks for Platinum). Also, I did not receive any perk, then their VIP Access category is just to catch Expedia’s customers.

The location was perfect. Right across from the plaza de espana and walking distance to all the main attractions and subways. Would definitely stay again. Check in was easy and they ungraded me. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming. The room was roomy. Had a walk in shower and king size bed. Very spacious and good size. I would definitely stay again

A wonderful hotel in a historic building in Madrid. We absolutely loved the location - very walkable, metro right in the plaza, did not feel like it was crazy and loud like it is just a 5 min walk from this hotel. Very large king room with excellent shower/ bathroom space. Staff were absolutely amazing with daily cleanings and turndown service. Nice lobby bar and second floor reception area. One thing we missed at this hotel is an outdoor terrace or an area to enjoy a glass of wine.

Great hotel, everything was clean, staff service was great, great location. The only thing not that great was that the room was not ready at 2 pm as expected. We ended up getting it around 3 pm. Not very convenient after a long trip when the only thing that you are looking foward is to taking a shower and taking some rest.
