Beautiful hotel in the heart of Madrid. Across the street from Plaza España and so close to Royal Palace, Gran Via and other places. The staff very friendly and helpful. We love the stay.

Very helpful staff and the room was in a quiet part of the hotel. Generally had a relaxing and pleasant time during my 4 nights here. The buffet breakfast was of very good quality.
