This is my second time staying here for an overnight before flying out of Madrid and I will continue to stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms are great. I suppose someone might say that some of the fixtures are a little bit dated, but everything is clean and highly functioning and the rooms, in an a relative sense, are huge. The convenience to Barajas airport also can’t be beat. The staff is very kind and accommodating and with my Expedia gold status I get a room upgrade so both times I’ve had an awesome balcony attached to the room. Room service was great and quick and the substantial and diverse buffet breakfast in the morning is absolutely worth it. I will definitely be back!

Avarge over all I won't go back at hotel again.

Hotel was clean. 18 euro a night parking at the hotel its to high i never seen hotel charge for parking on the top of the booking while parking outside is free till morning then you can pay at meter! There's no slippers no tissue box. Mattress was okay.

Check in is scheduled to be at 2pm, we unfortunately arrived at 10, they were kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage. We had soft the property to grab soon food and returned back to the hotel by 12-:30. We, along with l another family had to wait more than an hour or so to simply be checked it. It was evident to them that we were exhausted from our travel and were in dire need of sleep, yet they had no allowed us to check in before the 2:00pm mark.

As a solo traveler I felt safe and the staff was great. The room was spacious for 1 person and it was clean. I enjoyed my view and I love that the bus was in front and the train station Pío was about 10 minute walk. The area is safe and quiet. If you’re looking for a place that’s not crowded and calm but is easy to go to the main attractions via train or Cabify this is the place to stay at.
