Don’t miss this one it will not disappoint

We stayed two weekends at the Regina. We love the first weekend so much that we came back when we returned to Madrid to fly home. The hotel was absolutely the very best location you could ask for. Breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel staff packed us food to go on two different equations with no charge to us. Anytime we need a taxi it was there. Restaurant recommendations were superb.

Arrived at 630 pm . Had three different rooms with no ac. Staff tried to find a working ac for almost 2 hours then decided to call tech after four separate parties complained their ac was not working. At 830 I asked if they could send me to another hotel since they clearly should have at this point. They offered to refund me with 0 help in a city I have never been. Expected much more. Ac fixed at 930. Comped me din but at that point room should be realisticly free for a night at least. Very nice hotel just need to do better.

Top notch and well located boutique hotel

We splurged on a deluxe suite with a hot tub on the private balcony. The outdoor space was really well designed and beautiful. The interior space was rather narrow and I wasn’t a fan of the dark walls and limited lighting. The bathroom shower was excellent with a large rainhead that had very good water pressure. The front desk service people were all incredibly friendly and helpful as were any and all other service people we encountered. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. The hotel is extremely well located.
