The location is a little out of the way. It is close to major park. There is a lack of lounging area. The lower level has limited seating. Primarily for people checking in and out. Upper level has some seating however it’s mostly for people who want to order from the bar food or drinks. There is nowhere just to lounge. The rooms are spacious and amenities are good. Comfortable beds and rooms are kept immaculate. The cleaning staff are fantastic.

Room was ok. We were told we got an “upgrade” upon check in but ended up with a small room, nothing special or unique. We just came from an H10 hotel in Barcelona and comparatively this one wasn’t as nice. I thought I booked with breakfast but was told we didn’t. The breakfast buffet was going to cost 25 euro per person so we walked to a local cafe.

Staff were nice rooms were clean and well maintained, espresso is provided in the room. Wish the room was bigger for a 3 person reservation. This area is quiet because it's 20 mins from plaza mayor, ideal if you want to stay in a less busy area but quite inconvenient if you want to be in the center most of the time.

En recepción, me impactó la muy profesional atención de JAVIER. Su simpatía, amabilidad, y vocación de servicio: Nos resolvió una situación que facilitó nuestro tour a Egipto mientras regresábamos nuevamente a Madrid. Nunca lo olvidaré. While the room was clean, one side of the mattress had a severe slope to it. Being a king size bed, I just moved over but the size of the bed left less than two feet between the bed and the wall. Obviously, this room (and possibly others) was designed for a queen size bed. Sure hope no one else has to sleep on that mattress. Breakfasts were the highpoint of the stay, although the staff was trained for speed, not deference to the guests walking and carrying food...
