Room was clean, neat, comfortable. Staff was very helpful. There was a municipal problem and we had no water for 2 days but the staff did the best they could to accommodate. Location is excellent. Heart of Madrid with non stop action and places to walk and explore.

The hotel is very well located and backed by a good chain, but our experience was not quite like that. We arrived from the airport and the taxi couldn't get there because there was a festival blocking everything. After walking 14 blocks and taking another taxi, we finally arrived at the lobby, but the building had no electricity! Well, we left our luggage and the bed wasn't a real king size, but two small beds pushed together that sagged in the middle. For me, the worst thing was that they didn't notify us about the parade festival.
