The property is beautiful. The pool and terrace are amazing. The only downfall waa first night we were told tv was loud and it was at 10 on the volume. Other than that its a great stay.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the black out curtains were perfect for helping us fight the jet lag. We had the Spidy Man apartment!

Clean & convenient place to stay

We stayed at a 2 bdrm 2 bath apartment for the family of 4. The apartment is spacious and clean. The check-in staff was very helpful and nice. It's a short walk about 10min or less to Atocha train station, and a small supermarket right across the street is convenient for grocery shopping during our stay.

The apartment is conveniently located near the Atocha train station in Madrid, close to a metro stop and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and communicative. The building has an elevator, and we were able to use the kitchen and washing machine. We would definitely stay here again!

The only problem was the underground parking, it took a lot of effort to enter and exit the extremely narrow ramps, but I think that is very common in Spain and not specific to this hotel, other than than, it was a very pleasant experience.

Good location, clean but noisy.

The automatic check in is a bit challenging and there was not blind on the living room window. As we had 2 people sleeping on the pull out it was very bright for them. There was also a lot of street noise. Overall nobody slept well.
