It’s fine - a standard Ibis Styles. Good breakfast, good service. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day and they never refilled the tea / coffee? Poor for a 4*. Bathroom is badly painted - sloppy job. It’s a ‘fine’ hotel - nothing special

Everything is great with my stay here. Very recommended to stay here whenever you visit Madrid. The Metro station is about 10 mins walking distance, the breakfast is exceptional for both staff and food choice (especially Anna in breakfast, her service is super). However, for some reason our room was very hot even though we stayed here in October. Not too sure if the AC was not working or there was no AC. But overall we enjoyed our stay!! Thanks.
