This is my go to hotel whenever I’m in Madrid, it never disappoints. Monica, Samuel, Destiny, Pablo, Julia, and Juan (and the rest of the team, sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names) consistently go above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Also, the shows are really great. There’s entertainment every time, live bands and new talents too. Shoutout to Ana Camila & Destiny, and Soul Drivers for a fantastic performance as always. I highly recommend this hotel!

This was poor for a Hard Rock Hotel, it’s small, noisy (considering HR prides itself on soundproof rooms) very limited amenities, small dining area, shared ground floor lobby for all activities leads to a cold space (supplemental heating all around restaurant). This could be so much more but ranks as my worst HR experience. Madrid itself was vibrant.
