Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. Everything was ok but nothing special. Breakfast was good with a la carte ordering for eggs but otherwise just ok. Rooms were clean and comfortable so no complaints, just ok.

Two nights, 2 1/2 days .... at a classy and friendly hotel. The rooms were elegant, we were on the 6th floor with a view towards the Park. The staff made the stay outstanding because of Cindy's warm welcome and Miguel's kind understanding when I flamed out my hair curler. He reassured me that it was ok and even gave me directions to where I might replace it. Both Cindy and Miguel gave us instructions on how to get around Madrid. We found the hotel to be quiet, perfectly located for transportation and the Hop On Hop Off bus practically at the doorstep of the hotel. We walked to and from the railroad station and in that the airport shuttle leaves you at the railroad station, you get easily get to the hotel. Short walk to Prado. Hotel and the Paseo del Prado has a Paris vibe. We will certainly return to Madrid and this hotel.

The check in experience was great! The young lady at the desk was patient, informative, friendly, professional and provided us with excellent service. We had a Superior room at this hotel which was very comfortable. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, had a comfortable bed and pillows in addition to a nice view. The breakfast was excellent! There was a wide variety of items available, all fresh and appropriately kept at the right temperature. The location was also handy, right across the street from the Prado and within walking distance of many other popular sites. I'd be happy to stay here again should I find myself back in Madrid (which we loved!).

Sorry, but that is what is wort, being a 5 stat hotel and paying what is asked for. The building in very nice, the entrance is impressive but that feeling doesn't translate at all into the rooms, which leave you perplexed and disappointed. Don't know why they have to call the standard room as "superior": it seem you get something extra when you book but really you don't. Didn't understand also the purpose of "customer relation": aren't you able to find your visiting info on the net? Can't you talk to receptionist? Leave room for a more spacious hall: that one doesn't fit a 5 star rated hotel. Definitely not coming back!

We recently spent two nights at the Nh Paseo del Prado and the overall impression was of an excellent, well located high-end hotel. The staff gave us a warm welcome and everyone was very helpful. I strongly recommend the breakfast buffet!

Good rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast expensive- didn't have it so can't comment about value! Good central hotel - can walk everywhere. There's a really good tapas bar attached to the hotel - not traditional, but delicious....

It's close to the city center in a beautiful place in Madrid. Accommodation is comfortable and it' s affordable for a few days in the city. I really love the restaurant, breakfast was delicious. I would like to came back soon

What else you need to enjoy a hotel and its surroundings? Rooms are neat and clean, hotel is located in one of the best areas of Madrid. Hotel facilities are great and in good condition. To make it better, staff is friendly and professional and breakfast is also good!

We stayed at this hotel for five nights in early August and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was at a great location and the service was exceptional in the restaurant. I would definitely stay here next time I visit Madrid.

We are completing a soccer team camp experience with our 13 year old grandson. Before we started the soccer part we stayed in this hotel for three nights. Our travel agent suggested we stay here and it was a perfect place to stay. Location great - across the street from Prado and Thyssen museums, El Retiro park and first stopping point for Hop on Hop off bus. Room was great , Hugh jacuzzi tub , view of the fountain. Everyone from front desk to breakfast area was terrific. In particular, Francesca - concierge, Miguel- waiter. This place has the best and biggest breakfast we have ever had and it is included in cost of room. The variety of hot and cold foods was incredible. Would definitely stay here again or at any other NH hotel. Worth the price!
