The rooms are minimalistic but very comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The breakfast is very good and the staff of the hotel are very friendly. The air condition dont reach a good temperature and the room was a little bit warm. But in general, it is a good hotel, very clean, well located. I recommended 100%

The hotel is in an excellent location and very clean. The only thing we didn't like much was that the air conditioning didn't cool enough. Apparently, this is normal in Europe, but if you're not used to it, you'll have trouble sleeping.

The staff is extremely rude. From the moment i checked into the front desk staff was very rude. They dont hide the fact they do not like Americans. It makes you feel unwelcome. I could not wait to check out. Also the restaurant manager talks down to his staff and guests. He's a very rude man. If youre looking for a cool olace to stay in Madrid this is NOT the place!
