You can’t beat the location of this hotel, right in the middle of everything Madrid has to offer. The room was cozy and well-appointed, and the overall experience was excellent. There is some city noise from outside, but that’s completely expected given where it sits, and a small trade-off for such a central spot. Staff were wonderful. Every recommendation for restaurants and tapas bars were excellent. Room was always clean, though could use better storage accommodations for clothes and bathroom items. Breakfast was delicious and the location is very good. Our room was a little noisy - had one roof window and it didn't seem to close tightly so we heard street noise a bit too much. But overall a great stay.
