I had no wifi in my room when I was checking out I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk and he said "yes it went out yesterday and we should have it fixed tomorrow. So you gave me a premium room with no view or Wi-Fi and i didnt get an I'm sorry? Who care if you fit it tomorrow I am checking out now.

Very attentive front desk service. Very nice upgrade to the Junior Suite #204, a quiet loft. Fine for us but maybe not for anyone who doesn't want stairs inside the room. partial scenic view of the adjacent San Sebastián Church through a large louvred door window w tiny balcony. Good night's sleep! Generous bathroom amenities replaced daily.. Room bathrobes need replacing. Very comfortable but NOT a true 5 star overall experience. MANY food and drink options around. The repurposed design and location are the best things about this property!

Hotel has very small lobby and no one was out here when we arrived to take our bags out from Car and bring inside

amazing hotel, great location, excellent staff. everything looks new and polished. just a walk from every attraction (furthest attraction was about 1.5Km - a 10 minute walk). only thing i would point out was a very strange smell in the upper suite, which made us keep the windows open for about half an hour, though it was very cold outside. other than that - perfect.

Very helpful and friendly staff - helped me with finding train schedules, getting directions, booking Flamenco show. Location is central to everything- quick walk to Sol, Plaza Mayor and park. Room very clean and has Nespresso machine for morning coffee - helped the jet lag. Cabs were always outside front door. I've stayed in Madrid about 10 times over the years, but this was my first time staying in this hotel. Would absolutely pick it again.

The hotel is centrally located to 2 great museums (Prado and Reina Sophia), the royal palace, shopping (Gran Via and Salamanca), restaurants and nightlife. It is reasonably priced with very updated, clean and comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Rick Steve's travel guide lists all the locations that are within walking distance of this hotel as must see. Great find.

Nice Boutique hotel. Great local! Staff was very helpful. All spoke English fairly well. Loved the candy and flavored water they had out by front desk every day. 30 Euro taxi ride from Airport. Don't need a car. Museums and nite life very close by and within walking distance from hotel.

Perfect location and very helpful staff. Would be good to have lobby bar that working all day. The breakfast option is too expensive for people in a diet.

This hotel was great! Nice rooms, very clean, and helpful staff. It is very close to lots of cute little tapas restaurants and it is walking distance to Gran vía. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Madrid.

The hotel is very nice, well located, etc. Bedding and room excelled expectations.

Excellent facilities. Excellent staff. Unbeatable location. Just need some more closet/storage space in rooms.

We booked a superior room at this hotel. It was large and beautifully decorated. Most important, the location was wonderful. The neighborhood is charming, with lots of delightful restaurants and shops. The hotel is within walking distance of the Prado and the Thyssen Bornemisza Musem. The staff is charming. I would absolutely stay here again.

Really this hotel have averything , the staff , rooms and location . Hotel is closed to all attractions inc plaza sta Ana , plaza mayor , la gran via ect if I comeback in

Walking distance to many Madrid sites and transportation. Helpful staff. Lower level rooms are little noisy. Room 111 right over restaurant is noisy during breakfast

The NH palacio de Tepa is well situated waking distance to Plaza Santa Ana, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. It's a modern designed beautiful classic building. The lobby had great details. The room are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many good restaurants and bars offering tapas and other Spanish specialties walking distance. You can walk to the train station. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.
