I thought at the beginning there was a shuttle or train to the airport. We had to take an uber. I was disappointed about it. Also, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The towels were kind of old as well.

muy mala ubicación, no tienes NADA cerca, ni el metro. Si vas a pasar una sola noche pues perfecto, pero si tu plan es turistear, este hotel no es para ti. Está muy alejado de todo, hasta para el aeropuerto es inconveniente, ya que un taxi/uber te cuesta 20€, preferible quedarse en el centro, que tienes todo cerca, transporte, restaurantes, plazas, etc. e irse en metro. Fuera de eso, el hotel es moderno y está limpio, pero no tiene ni neverita para guardar agua la habitación.

10 mins from Madrid airport so great for your last night so that you an get to the airport quick. Shuttle is NOT free. If you want to weigh your bags there is a paid weigh scale (1 euro for 30 seconds timer). PArking was available free at street but if no space then hotel has reasonably priced parking. Place gets crowded as many people stay here so might take some time for checkin process. Good price, clean hotel.

Great hotel near the airport so very convenient. Not much to it other than using it as an airport hotel for a night or two. Local restaurants were closed due to being on vacation but this is normal in Spain. Hotel restaurant was actually very delicious & staff was wonderful.

It was much further from the airport than the 1.77 miles advertised. Their pickup from the airport only runs twice a day. No one would answer the phone when I called so I had to wait in line for a taxi that cost 28 euros. Breakfast is 15 euros, not 14. Good buffet though. Phone booth for a shower.
