The hotel is more of a boutique hotel , friendly service , excellent location……. English a little strained but manageable…. Great breakfast
👍
Very good location in the middle of everything and walking distance to the royal palace, Mayor plaza, San Miguel market etc. staff are friendly and helpful. The room is a bit small but clean .
Only stayed for one night which was on our way back home before the airport the next morning. First of all- great location! The rooms were nicely appointed and decor was modern. They were clean and the front desk staff was very nice during check in an check out. The hotel lobby bar was open and the bartender was nice as well. I am sure the hotel is better during non-Covid time. The rooftop bar was not open. I understand the bar may not be open, but was hoping to catch some rooftop views of the city like our first hotel when we arrived. There was loud banging in the morning due to construction but the front desk said it was not the hotel. Rooms were much smaller than pictured- and hot. I also purchased a courtyard view. I am not sure how they can consider it a courtyard? It is a 10X10 space with all the air conditioning and other piping going up the central part of the hotel with a few plants. Overall-- good for a one night stay. I am glad we did not stay any longer. I would book again at our original hotel when we arrived- Petit Palace Acala.
Amazing staff and great hotel/location. Only issue was the slow elevators otherwise excellent stay
Great central location with very helpful staff. The room was impeccable!
