An impressive city and hotel with great potential

There were issues but believed staff worked substantially to address same. 1. Hotels.com issue. Although it is indicated that there is an Airport Transfer, no such transfer was ever available. A main reason why we had booked so disappointing to not have. 2. Room was nice but paid for a King Size Bed- the bed was not a King Size. Sheets were unclean but Reception addressed immediately. 3. Access to rooftop pool was limited because a wedding had been booked. There are some great team members at this hotel (Rui) and overall, the location and amenities were great - when available.

I had an average experience at the hotel. One of the lifts was out of service and the other one had a massive waiting time. We were on 7th floor but most of the times we had to take the stairs. Another issue was the walls were too thin. We could hear the room next door brushing their teeth, drying hair, having shower. Not sure if that was because we were put in an Interconnecting room. Other than that everything was good, staff were very friendly and room was clean.
