This hotel was kind of a shock. Most likely is one of the closest hotels near the airport but do not let that fool you. There is nothing close to the airport. It took a good 20 minutes but it would have taken the same 20 minutes from the center of Madrid. It is not close to anything and you need to grab a taxi or Uber to get food (unless you eat in the hotel’s restaurant) or go shopping (nothing nearby). Fifteen to twenty euros each way is a lot of money to grab something to eat and the area is not walkable. The staff was meh, even rude except for Tavi, he was great! The room was comfortable and clean, and the bar was well stocked. I would choose another hotel near the center of Madrid, even the business district as you get better choices in everything, Then get a taxi to the hotel for twenty five euros.

This hotel is great. Other than the room and building being clean and great we had a family emergency and Helena helped us every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Thank you so much for all you did for us Helena. We will be back to stay next time we are in Spain

Airport shuttle was easy to find but schedule could use improvement. Also there is a fee for the shuttle. Food trays at breakfast were constantly empty. Overall ok but not excellent.

The room was clean and check in was easy. The bed was really firm and uncomfortable along with the pillow. Didn't sleep well because of that. But, the room was very quiet, which was nice. You have to pay for the airport shuttle, but it was worth it.

Just a head ups for those who book this hotel, if you need to be close to the airport it’s great but if you’re looking to go into the city very limited transportation options. In addition, breakfast on one of the days they didn’t have scrambled eggs but another day it did… very inconsistent. Other than that the front desk was very kind.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The customer service was terrible from the start. After checking in, we had to wait over an hour before we could use our room. When we finally got inside, the sheets were dirty — and unbelievably, the guest service associate told my wife and me to make the bed and replace the sheets ourselves! There was no manager on site to report this issue. When I spoke to the manager the next day, she admitted she was aware of the situation but never bothered to call or apologize. If I could get a refund, I absolutely would. Stay away from this place. If you do choose to stay here, check the sheets and bathroom carefully before using the room.
