Classic boutique hotel. Very good location just steps away from Colon square.

We had an awesome stay at the hotel, the manager was very profesional and willing to help you along with the staff members. Made our vacation more placent, definitely would recommend. Excellent location.

We spent the last two nights of our honeymoon in Madrid, and decided to treat ourselves a little. This was one of the top rated hotels in the city, and we are glad we picked it! The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, 15-20 walk to the Prado, and near public transit. However, it is on a quiet side street and many of the rooms face the back garden so there is no need to worry about noise. We were greeted by very friendly staff with a glass of cava and sparkling water after our late flight. Ruben was great, he showed us to our room and gave us recommendations on nearby restaurants. The staff was lovely our entire stay. The bed was extremely comfortable! Treat yourself - stay here!

Super first-class hotel in the Salamanca district of Madrid. Great location on a quiet street, close to everything but not in the middle of everything. Great beds and large rooms. lovely service from the owner down to the bellboy. Would highly recommend

charming boutique hotel staff very helpful great location but out of the way will stay there again

Not every small hotel will give an older, single woman who is a new customer one of the best rooms in the hotel, but the Orfila did. The staff did everything to make me feel that the hotel was my home. This strategy worked splendidly as I lingered daily over the exceptional breakfast and found myself always returning to the garden after busy afternoons & evenings for a nightcap, light snack or even dinner until 2 AM. I will never stay at any other hotel in Madrid.

The hotel is charming, rooms are very large and quiet. The bed is the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Large bathrooms with whirlpool tubs. The hotel staff is exceptional, especially the manager, Jose. Convenient location. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyable, quite and peaceful, not very far from downtown (museum, castle.....) with subway (10mn). Rooms are large and comfortable. Internet connection is not free.

Dreamy room, used to be a castle. Amenities were pretty modern, location was quite close to the Alonso Martinez hub so traveling was quite easy by subway. Would stay again! Staff was so helpful and made reservations for us. Once, when the restaurant was already booked, they went to the trouble of booking another similar restaurant for us. It was an amazing choice.
