we had a great stay in the hotel but the wifi could have a better speed and service.we liked very much the hotel location since it's very close to the subway station.he had a very clean room and the shower was great

Stayed here twice. First time superior room, worth every penny. 2nd stay in same week, we got a normal twin room. We had been spoiled by the superior room but both rooms fine and very clean. If you haven't included breakfast in your booking, there are cafes across the road. The hotel restaurant serves good food at lunchtime.

Positives: Really nice , friendly and amiable reception staff and concierge! Rooms were big, modern and clean. There were three of us in one room and we didn't feel pressed for space at all. Very little voice pollution at all; we were in 11th floor though so minimal from main road outside, but no noise from hallway or rooms next door etc. Bathroom was really nice, plenty of toiletries and great fluffy towels. Breakfast was really great and being constantly replenished, great coffee. Location was good, right next to an underground station, and not too far in an Uber (or too expensive) from lots of tourist attractions. There is a really nice bakery across the road from the hotel, go there for coffee and pastry if you don't have breakfast included. The gym was great, huge, lots of kit and really clean! I couldn't find the water fountain however so good to bring your own water (hotel provides towels at the door) Points to consider: I don't have any constructive feedback at all, great hotel!

Lovely hotel, modern and clean. Very polite and friendly staff (Najib) especially! Helped us with anything, recommended places to go and booked tickets for us. Easy access to transport from the hotel, taxis outside, bus stops and the metro right on the doorstep. Would recommend this hotel!

I spent with my boyfriend 3 nights in this incredible hotel. The room was comfortable and very modern. Location was also good, although it is not in the center you have a metro station right in front of the hotel. In a couple of minutes you’ll be in any place of Madrid you want. In addition, I must say it is 15 minute walking from el retiro park. Staff was incredible, they helped us anytime we needed something. They printed us tickets to the palace and found information we needed. We also visited the restaurant, which I recommend. It is also modern, quiet and although the courses are not huge, they are delicious indeed. All things considered I would definitely returned to this hotel, bearing in mind the location, facilities, staff and price. A jewel in Madrid

Close to the underground which makes getting to the sights really easy. Short walk to a fabulous park. Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Room had everything we needed, including lots of little useful items in the bathroom and a packet of sweets in the bedroom.

We enjoyed this hotel. Decent sized rooms, good air conditioning, slightly variable wi-fi but mainly ok. We didn't bother with the breakfast which seemed steep at 13 Euros. Everything was very clean, shower was excellent. Pity it doesn't have some outside space - a roof terrace maybe. Metro is only a few yards away at Conde le Casa. I'd definitely stay there again.

If I could sum it up in one sentence, it's a near-luxury hotel at mid-range prices - an offering far and few between! It's a nicely-appointed hotel with a great central location; its proximity to the metro is great. The rooms are very spacious for European standards, and it's also well appointed & tasteful with solid & up-to-date room trimmings. The staff were especially friendly & helpful, and room service was actually surprisingly good. No negatives or complaints with my stay - will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Madrid!

Comfortable bed and clean linens. Good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Near metro. Good for a night or two. Location felt safe and staff are helpful. Wifi is temperamental in the bedroom but strong in the lobby.

We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel while exploring Madrid. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are great, the beds comfortable, and I have to say the staff was exceptional in trying to make our stay perfect. From providing info on which bus to take to get to the Puerta del Sol, to getting a taxi for us to the airport when leaving, they were always professional, polite and friendly. We had asked for a quiet room, but the only ones available were either on the 1st floor at the front (which would have been a bit noisy due to a large round about in front the hotel which was busy) and a room without a view but it was VERY quiet. As we did not book the hotel to just stay in the room it was fine. Would definitely stay there again when in Madrid. It is easy to get to the major sights in Madrid from here. We walked from the Prado Museum back to the hotel, about 25 min walk. There are restaurants nearby, but not many that we found. There is a small coffee shop across the street that has great pastries and coffee to start the morning.
