Property was nice. Not happy with the price of valet parking and the reception staff was not accommodating.
I liked the most the property location. The hotel is well maintained and it’s clean and lavish. I didn’t like the room size compared to Barceló Imagine room size.
The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. They are always attentive to our needs and they had several amenities such as a remote wifi to take with us while we were outside the hotel. If we need recommendations for Madrid they never failed to give great recommendations. The cleaning staff was also very attentive and did an excellent job in keeping the room clean.

Easy to go anywhere. Rooms were first class. Service excellent. Location exposed you to real spain
hotel is nice boutique style but neighborhood is a little quite for me and not too easy to get to puerta de sol as the metro is not too close and requires some changes to go to most places..I will say the metro is good for the airport....hotel is probably better for those doing business in the area than strictly tourist
Great location near shopping and nice restaurants. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
Excellent other than the room was too small for a 5 star hotel. No closet space. No bidet. Next time I will book a Premium room which they told me it is larger.
Everything was excellent. Highly recommended. Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey but was great quality.
The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel. The area had great small eateries and easy to get around the city with Metro and buses nearby. We give it an A+. Don't miss out on an excellent place to spend your vacation!
