The rooms were so comfortable and large. The location was the best!

This property has a unique location, great for doing tourism in Madrid, a few steps away from a metro station. My first impression was not good because the lobby entrance has a door which is NOT automatic, it has to be opened either from the front desk or with a code which obviously I didn’t have. The problem is, there was nobody at the front desk when we arrived! The hotel is small so there’s usually only 1 person from the staff at the front desk, he was probably in the bathroom or something, but we had to wait like 10 minutes outside, I started to think that the hotel was out of service, as a customer this was not a good first impression. The staff was polite and we were upgraded from a junior suite to a senior suit, which was a nice touch. Room was prepaid, they required a credit card and charged 50€ as a deposit. The room itself was huge; this is an old style european building, so the senior suite was in fact an very nice apartment with several rooms, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms; beds and pillows were very nice, there was a foul smell in the suite which I suspect comes from the sewers in the bathrooms, we kept the bathroom doors closed and got better. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking, but a downside was that they have a Coffee machine, and we couldn’t find any cups (we found glasses, all types of dishes, utensils, etc but no cups - go figure). Breakfast was OK, satisfactory. Checkout was surprisingly early at 11 am, but was allowed to do it at noon.

Fully equipped apartment, Close to historic district and nice staff.

At the edge of Salamanca and close to the miuseums and Gran Via —a good spot. Excellent and personal service from a great staff. High quality fixtures and details throughout.

It was in the middle of everything. Walking distance to the museums, places to eat, shopping it was in an ideal hidden location

Amazing concierge! He was very helpful and friendly! Hotel was very centrally located. Breakfast was great with an amazing view.

The staff at Luxury Suites Madrid is exceptionally friendly and helpful, even going so far as to take our luggage to our room when it was ready but we were out at a museum (we had arrived a few hours before check-in and had time to wander the city) so that when we got back to do the actual check-in we didn't have to worry about anything. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location is perfect. It is easy walking distance to several museums - the Prado, the Museo Argueologico Nacional, the Naval Museum, etc. It is also easy walking distance to two Metro stations - Banco de Espana and Retiro - so that the rest of the city becomes easily accessible as well. The room is perfectly sized. We had booked a one bedroom and it included a kitchen with oven, fridge, and washing machine (no dryer, use the provided drying rack - all our things dried overnight without a problem) as well as a nice sofa/tv area. We were able to go to a local grocery and buy food to make the occasional lunch and dinner for the times we didn't feel like dining out. It was a perfect place for our anniversary trip and we look forward to when we can return.

Staff allowed early check in into an upgraded suite, which is very spacious and comfortable Great location Staff was especially helpful when I left my watch - they got the watch and came down with it to give it to us in the taxi - really outstanding service The taxi service they use Jose Luis taxi is also very good - was very helpful in getting the “left behind” watch back by communicating with the hotel Great place!

Very comfortable with a lovely view! Very accommodating and friendly staff. Within walking distance of so much including bus transportation to and from the airport and all over.

I will try to stay at this hotel everytime i go to Madrid. We were very pleased with everything, location, cleanliness etc. you get what you pay for.

Although not much of a lobby the room size made up for it! Was basically a small apartment with everything you need included. We were traveling with our three kids and had PLENTY of space. Walking distance to most everything and a metro very near.

Great location, very spacious. Little noisy, but is what you would expect in the heart of Madrid.

This hotel was fantastic. It is more like a luxury apartment than a hotel in the classic sense. Multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen. Perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends. I would highly recommend it to others
