Unique design of bathroom facilities

Beds are very confortable, coffee at room us really good. Swimming pool is the best, tempered water so good. Clean, updated, lights amazing, very neat and elegant rooms. Restaurant Parrillada is really Good! Lady at front she made our dinner excellent, and our food great 👏👏👏

Food was iffy Not walkable Closed amenities

Free shuttle bus every half hour to MAD (during hours I traveled). Taxis outside if needed. Very modern, comfortable bedding. A better than average airport hotel.

Close to the airport. About a 15 minute walk to nearest metro line. Walk was up some stairs, through a traffic circle, over an overpass, and then through a neighborhood. Did the walk at 2pm and 10pm on my own. At 10pm there were a few other walkers but not many. Never felt unsafe.

I just a one night stay here before an early flight. I ate dinner at the on site restaurant (Tatiana was my excellent waitress!) and Pablo made me feel right at home. The breakfast the next morning was expensive (21€), but well worth it for the wonderful food and for the convenience

I finished up a 10-day walk of the Camino de Santiago with a "reward" stay in this upscale hotel. It was wonderful to see the first washcloth that I had seen in Spain, but there was a charge for the wi-fi!!! On my 10-day walk through hamlets with populations as small as 50 people, the wi-fi was FREE in every little hostel, bar, and restaurant, but then in this hotel where my room was $200+, they wanted me to pay for wi-fi? Not cool. I also felt that I was not treated as cordially because I had booked through Orbitz.

Great rooms and all the amenities in the lobby, bar. A bit pricey though. Biggest drawback is access to downtown Madrid.

Close to the airport and very nicely appointed. Nice friendly staff at check in.

Very modern and clean Friendly staff nice bar With parking

Quick and easy check in, the family room is just perfect. It would be helpful to have a convenience store onsite for emergencies (medicine, etc.)

It is easy access and transportation to the airport

Close enough the airport. Had to go down quite a long hallway to get to the elevator. One of the elevators did not recognize my key card, which was an annoyance. Prompt rom service - arrived before the quoted time.

Nice hotel close not close to other activities or places of interest. Both Uber and Taxi’s serve as your transport to and from the hotel. The state was somewhat comfortable but could be improved. The beds are a bit small for a Hilton Hotel chain, but it is a safe location for family and business travelers. I would recommend this location to people who are single or looking for night life activities.
