We were originally booked into the petit palace embassy however due to renovation we were moved to here. Unfortunately the rooms were small for 4 adults and the bunk beds weren’t the best to get up onto. The location isn’t bad although it is in an expensive area. Taxi to the town centre is fairly cheap and a short ride away. The breakfast here was great and the staff were superb. We would like to thank Katrina, Kelvin and Elena for their hard work, friendliness and happy persona. The staff on the reception are extremely friendly and helpful too and gave us some good recommendations for places to eat/drink.

Although this wasn’t the hotel we had originally booked, the hotel was nice and in a good location. The room was a bit smaller than expected for 4 adults and the bunk beds weren’t the easiest to climb up. The staff on the reception are very helpful and friendly and we especially enjoyed breakfast. The staff at breakfast (Kelvin, Elena and Karina) were superb and tried their best to help us with questions we had. Location is in the more expensive area but it doesn’t cost much in a taxi to go closer to the city centre. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

My colleague got her bag stolen when we were having breakfast in the breakfast room. There were only a few guests walking in and out of the breakfast room at the time we were there... and yet her bag got stolen without any of us realising it. Staff apologetic but inefficient and no action taken. Thieves apparently can walk freely in and out of hotel despite limited card access. Most shocking experience ever. Let this be a serious warning!

We visited this hotel for only two days this time and had a pleasant experience. Can't beat this location, The staff at the front desk, especially Alicia, was always helpful and willing to please. They helped out with dinner reservations and transportations arrangements. Breakfast was well priced and pastries were delicious. Restaurant staff was also really nice and friendly and patient with the kids. Our only complaint is the lack of temperature control in the room. It was heat only and it was not that cold outside. You can not set the thermostat, only turn it on or off. We opened the windows to make the room cooler, but this lets in light and some sound which might be bothersome for some guests. We did see improvement in the bathroom fixtures that we complained about last time, so I am glad they take suggestions seriously. Toiletries could be better. We did find the price a bit higher this time around, maybe because we were there for NYE, but even when compared to other area hotels.

This "boutique hotel" offers a lausy sleeping/comfort quality ever. When i entered the room, it seems to be a steaming room because of the heat inside of it. When I tried to turn on the A/C, on the minimum temperature and maximum power, it only blowed heat. At the reception they told me it is a hotel policy that from september the entire building only blows heat. So from september the A/C doesnt work, or just works for heat. So the A/C on all rooms are not working with the temperature control. They only blow heat. So, you cannot make your own choice of the temperature you want/like to have. Basically is their way or the highway! The solution offered: they can send me a fan and that i can also open the windows??? About opening windows, they have almost downstairs a big discotheque, which wont let you sleep quitely until very late. The pillows are also the worst ever. Even i did complained, they didnt care and didnt even had any type of attention with us. Oh and about the "black out" curtains, you will see in my pictures about them. They dont block the light at all. Besides, it is very much deteriorated. You will see in my pictures. Definitely wont stay again on this hotel and dont recommend it.

This Hotel is located in the best part of Madrid: Barrio de Salamanca. Great shopping and excellent Restaurants are within walking distance from the Hotel. The Hotel itself is a bit basic but is very clean, quiet and good service. Personnel is always very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are very basic as far as furniture is concerned and not very large. It is a good Hotel for a short stay and you don't want to spend too much money (compared to other Hotels in the same area)

Smell of smoke in corridors and in bathroom. Impossible to change temperature in the room. Toiletry supplies are a joke. We never knew if the breakfast was included: during check in the hotel concierge could not verify and never informed us afterwards. Location is good.

Stayed here for 8 nights as I was working in the area. Public transport is close by and easy to use which makes this a great location. Hotel is modern and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is very close by with a special rate €20/24hrs. Will stay again.

Great location. 1 minute to serrano street for shopping where you can find all the brands. Very friendly staff and helpful. 10 mn by taxi to gran via and to the royal palace and porto del sol. Rooms are Ok.

Perfect location, room was big enough and the bed comfortable. The reception is quite ugly with respect to the rest. The price was fair and I would come back. I haven’t tried the breakfast. They allowed us to check out 2 hours later with no charge which was appreciated.
