Friendly welcome on arrival and convenient airport shuttle service. The room was functional but needed some repair (plug missing in bathroom sink an example). I was very surprised that there was no kettle and cups to make a hot drink in the room, and no iron available either. Bed and pillows comfortable. Quiet surroundings but noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable when people arrived and left.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay before catching an early flight the next morning. They made the shuttle service so easily and convenient. We had dinner at the hotel upon arrival and a coffee before hopping a shuttle to the airport. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great decision for us since we only used public transportation while in Madrid.

Arrived late and had an early flight. Decided to eat in hotel restaurant. Had hamburger with fries and it was delicious. They had Heinz ketchup too! Room was clean and quiet. Took the 5am free shuttle to the airport; it was on time and the driver was very nice. All staff in the hotel were also very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.
