The sheets were not super clean. Thee was a problem with the drain in shower and it would overflow after only 5 min. The toilet also some would get clogged. The device and minor was not as expected from a 4 star hotel.

Great location and hotel

Stayed 4 nights and this hotel was a perfect location, very central for getting around Madrid. We easily walked to Plaza Mayor, the Palace, Prado museum, Centro Centro and Sol. Very clean, friendly staff and we were very grateful for the upgraded room.

No tea and coffee making facilities in certain room… for any hotel this would be a standard offering and the reception initially were rude and unhelpful and begrudgingly finally agreed to send me a kettle. So all sorted in the end but had to have a mini tantrum to get it.
