AC worked well, right across from Retiro Park, walk to Prado Museum. Breakfast was wonderful, we also had a lovely lunch where they opened a bit early for our group because they were available and we were hungry. Delicious!

The suite we stayed in was very spacious. Was L shaped with bunk beds for kids and toilet separate from shower (two separate sinks as well). Included a desk, main table and seating area, a long / thin balcony that wrapped around corner of hotel. What awesome space after 10 days on a cruise ship. Breakfast was great. Close to train station and walking distance to Museo Del Pr. Also directly across the street from Retiro Park. Not much to complain about here. Building is a bit older but well maintained and run.

It would have been nice to have a small microwave oven in the room and a larger refrigerator. That said, the room was spacious; the bathroom excellent; the breakfast buffet excellent (but pricey) as well. That staff at the front desk was outstanding - especially Lucia.

Very good location, lovely building just opposite the great Retiro Park and walking distance to all the attractions, especially to Prado and El Museo de arte Thyssen-Bornemisza museums. Clean rooms and helpful staff, very good breakfast. I would recommend my friends for sure.

Absolutely love this hotel. We have now stayed twice at the Petit Palace Savoy Alfonso XII. The rooms are large and spacious with all the facilities you could want. I loved the kettle and tea and coffee selections. The bathrooms are luxurious and the showers have different rain fall heads and the water is lovely and warm. With plenty of plush towels and plush slippers you just feel so well cared for. The breakfast is fabulous, quality products and plenty of choice. But what makes the hotel is the staff who work here. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to return when next in Madrid. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay.
