Nice location, excelent staff, good quality, excelent breakfast service.

I visited Madrid for Business, the hotel is on a great location and the rooms very comfortable and quiet. I do recommend it.

Very comfortable, welcoming staff, perfectly located near the Royal Palace and Plaza Major. Walking distance to the Prado and other museums.

High level service. The wonderful breakfast. Very comfortable and clean bed and bedding.

Older hotel. Small room. Budget Deal placed us by the elevator. Some street noise at night. Coffee was in lobby not in room. No clock. Very good wifi. Breakfast additional. Couple of English tv stations. Very convenient for walking to most sights. Parking was discounted at car park next door. Would stay again.

Great location, spacious and clean room.

You can walk to the royal palace where there is a playground for the younger kids and a nice plaza and outdoor mall that is connected to another outdoor malls. The elevator is an old faction one that might not open so you will need to go to another floor so it can open, the wifi didn't work all the time

We stayed here to be close to daughters studying abroad. Our major need was to have a quiet and clean room. We had both. It was perfect! Also close to park and palace. There is no coffee in room but there was a very nice machine in lobby that provided espresso cappuccino and hot water for tea. The surrounding area was a bit rough but still safe.

Excelent, the staff were great, specially the front desk manager.

I would recomended to anyone. The hotel was in great location, close to the train station, Royal Palace and Plaza Espana. It was very clean! The staff was very helpful and they all spoke english well. Coffe or tea and little deserts in the loby. I would go again! Kasiani
