Perfect relaxing getaway!
Hotel is outdated and run down. The photos are deceiving. We had issues with the Air conditioner
The main pool wasn’t open and nobody could tell us when this gonna happen. I was disappointed by the room service. Needs always to call receptionist that someone from cleaning team come over to clean the room. We were 7 times in this hotel, but this time was our worst experience. The quality of this hotel dropped off. Never anymore.
Relaxing and quiet! Pools needs a bit better maintenance and cleaning.
This property was amazing! Friendly staff, walking distance to all city center shops and amazing restaurants and bars on the beach. Very unique experience! We will definitely be back!!
This hotel is in the perfect location, staff is super friendly and the room was so big spacious! We loved it, def will be back.
The hotel walls are thin and you can hear everything. Our room wasn’t that close to the cafeteria area, but we could hear them ringing the bell when the chef finished someone’s eggs. We can hear chairs being moved around the adjoining rooms, banging on walls, etc. Food is terrible, I even got food poisoning! We told them about the food poisoning and all they could say was “oh.” Service staff (her name was Manel) is rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. First I thought it was just our impression of her, but after speaking with other guests, they had the same impression and felt the same. I will NEVER return to this hotel.
All inclusive was nice, beach service was a great addition as last time we were there they did not have that. Staff overall was great

Everything at the resort was nice and clean and beautiful. The only thing that would have enhanced our stay were if some chairs were available in the beach area near the water.
beautiful hotel and wonderful staff but we were not informed of a wedding that was taking place on the weekend we were there which limited the access we had to the hotel. We were very disappointed with that!
Very nice hotel close to the beach. Areas for improvement: facilities at te beach and bar service thereat, level of service can improve in some areas (restaurant and front desk, mainly). All inclusive premium (which I paid) should include all beverages. There are several that are not included. Great rooms. Internet could be better.
Holbox Island is a paradise undiscovered and we hope it stays that way. Definitely worth the 2+hour journey from Cancun to get there. The white sand beaches are incredible. Restaurants with amazing food are within walking distance. You can either relax, go on tours, rent a golf cart or bicycle and explore the island on your own. We always felt safe.
