The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Love this place. Not too loud. Lots of amenities. This is our 3 rd visit and my 15th trip to Cozumel . I’ve stayed at Cozumel Palace, Fiesta Americana, El CID, and Grand Park Royal, as well as several VRBOs, but El Presidente is the most beautiful hotel in Cozumel.
Keep your expectations low and all will be good. Service from top to bottom was exceptionally average. Price point to value in my opinion was low.
This is a beautiful property. Many of the people who go here are repeat customers which speaks volumes about the quality of this hotel.
They should inform more about what to do what to see advertised more the activity to do conservative park and also we did know about the bicycle free to use until we were leaving when you go for a short time the more informations of what to do be better tank you
Pro's: Nice hotel with great size rooms and attentive staff. Certainly not a five-star hotel. More like a three-star. The concierge Luis was wonderful to work with. Super kind and accommodating. Con's: We both got food poisoning from one of the restaurants and they didn't even make any effort to correct the situation. Spent two days sick in the room. In terms of food, only one of the four restaurants was good. The other three lacked good service and the foods was extremely average.
Nice quiet place with easy access to ocean for nice snorkeling. Temperature of pool and jacuzzi was perfect. The staff was very hospitable.

Loved the ocean view and roped off snorkeling areas right off our beach! Excellent service, friendly people and great food! Have to take a short taxi ride to town, but there was entertainment and shopping there.

The grounds and staff were great!! You should likely spray for no-seeums. This was the first time we have experienced them at your resort. Food was really good! We will definitely be back.
