Comfort Suites O'Hare Airport

Good in general. I will suggest to extend the shuttle service 24/7.

Pros: quiet room, friendly airport shuttle driver, reasonably priced, spacious room Cons: used dental floss on room floor upon check in, filthy elevators, scuffs on room walls, front desk agent with flat affect and upside down name tag

Stayed here twice. Only issue is with the heating/cooling system. The first night it was too loud, the second stay the heater blew out cold air instead of warm air. Check in has been quick and easy, no problems with hotel staff. Room is neat and clean, king size bed sleeps very comfy!

Clean hotel close to the airport. If you are needing a hotel by O'Hare airport I would recommend. Includes free parking and free breakfast which is always a plus.

Stayed here during a layover. Was pleased to find out that the shuttle would take us to the train. Shirley was our shuttle driver and she was great! She helped us figure out how to get downtown, told us where to go, and was genuinely friendly and very helpful. People like her are hard to find in this busy world. Thanks again Shirley!

We only stayed one night. Hotel was good and the staff was very friendly. Only issues were parking was limited and no crib. We booked specifically because the site said cribs available. We asked for one but got a pack and play instead. Our son generally will not sleep in one so we really wanted the crib. It went okay though thankfully. Just upset about the false advertising.

We were very pleased with the room. It had king bed, couch, chair, refrigerator, microwave, 2 TV's, etc. And it is a smoke-free motel. Enjoyed the stay. Will stay again.

When booking my stay, I was between this hotel and one closer to the highway. They were both comparable, but Comfort Suites was $30 cheaper/night. Since it was a longer stay, I figured saving >$100 was a good choice. I was wrong. First of all, the parking lot is terribly lit. If you are not lucky enough to park in the 15-20 spots in front of the hotel, you park in total darkness. Each night, there were several idle cars at the back of the lot, who would immediately drive away as soon as my car approached them. The rooms are cleaned in the way you might expect: My first night, i found a plastic bag left from the previous occupants full of garbage. Housekeeping must have not bothered to look under the desk. There were lots of small stains on the towels and sheets, and the floor had clearly not been vacuumed in a while. The worst part of my stay was when I returned from the fitness center to a room reeking of pot. I called the front desk, who told me to just close my bathroom door and maybe I won't smell it. The manager called down to my room, and offered to let me switch rooms. This was after I had a huge headache from the smoke. There was no apology, and no offer to comp the night or a discount (after I had a second-hand high and headache in a NON-SMOKING hotel). There are clearly better options than this hotel, and I will happily stay elsewhere when I need to return to the area next month.

Comfort Suites is most suitable for travellers who are in transit for next day early flights. price convenience service location and comfort makes it a formidable option to beat.

Staff was very helpful! They recommended places to go and also helped us with anything we needed.

I stay every year after allegra banquet party and hottel is really nice and nice rooms

This hotel, close to O'Hare Airport, was a great place to stay for rest and recovery following a series of bus, train and plane rides to Washington DC. The check-in and check-out times were better than other hotels, and the hotel shuttle service runs every half hour during daytime and early evening hours. I give this hotel a 4.5 stars rating and I will stay there again when near the airport.

Great area very spacious rooms I should have already been there as soon as I touched down..

The hotel is good and the staff were very helpful. Airport shuttle services is really good. Very helpful staff.

Nice place to stay. The bar/restaurant is pretty good. There is a dunkin doughnut, Wendy's, liquor store, Mexican and Chinese restaurant right next door.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Comfortable large room; sports bar/restaurant had great service and delicious food. I had to catch the free shuttle to the airport at 4:00 am so I didn't get to see the hot breakfast buffet that began at 6:00. I would definitely stay here again.

Only problem I had was finding it on my gps because it was telling me it was farther up the road than it was. Other than that everything was great! We loved that you could make your own waffles at the breakfast station!

Nothing fancy. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Unfortunately the AC unit in the room was pretty loud. But the beds were comfy. Room was clean.

It was great that it was a suite! The bed was super comfortable and big (king)!! It was very quiet which was great as we had an early morning flight. The bar/restaurant was really nice! It was great not having to go offsite to eat or drink. The staff was attentive and very friendly! They offer extended parking so we didn't have to hassle with parking at O'Hare!! We would stay there in the future, no question!!
