Overnight, this is a convenient place to stay in the Loop. I was not impressed by the front desk staffer (Leona) who seemed like the job of checking me in was an imposition. The room was fine, quiet during the night. screaming child

The room was far from acceptable. Could not sleep as the cold air return rattled and was extremely loud. Never shut off. Could hear loud noises once you got of the elevator. After midnight and too late to get my husband and grandson up to move. Hotel was no sympathetic and only offered to open a reward program and gave it 1500 points which is only $15!!! For a room that cost $175 and unable to sleep due to their issues I feel $15 is less than acceptable

Paid more to upgrade our room Both of us had ice cold showers, body wash was out and hair dryer didnt work We also called prior to see if our room was available less than an hour before check in They said it was but when we arrived that was not the case. I told the front desk ahout this and nothing was done. We stay at la quintas all the time and this was our worst experience
