Well kept property and centrally located to everything. Transportation, restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance. The krave station was a perfect bonus to our stay. The selection of hot drinks was a welcomed treat for those chilly days. The lobby, was very cozy and inviting. From the artwork to the fireplace, made the environment breathtaking. Unfortunately, we did not eat at the restaurant but they always seemed to have a nice crowd in there. Although the floor squeaked in our room, it was not a deal breaker. The cold water is filtered for drinking and there was a basket with items to workout with. Which I thought was a nice touch. If I am ever in Chicago again, I can see myself staying here again.

The property is in a great location. It’s clean and great to have on tap coffee on site however the service was more that disappointing. Simple requests like a couple of wine glasses in the room were impossible for days without going to reception and waiting to ensure someone actioned it. Frustrating! Room upgrade were we advised we would receive was also not possible.

A nice re-invention of an old favorite.

Location, location, location. Close to everything in the loop. Lobby was well appointed, fun & energetic. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Wifi was good, and bathroom was nicely appointed. Pillows were great. The new restaurant was excellent and quite busy (reservations are a must) . The gym was cramped but clean. Workable.
