From the time we walked in, the staff was welcoming and warm. The room was amazing and very clean. The restaurants happy hour was spot on. Not a better old fashioned in the city. When we come back to Chicago, we will be staying here again

Hotel was great, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Only thing was, I was charged an extra $98 on top of my damages hold and valet parking, and no one could tell me why, only 'to wait 5 business days and see if it corrects itself'. If not, I was told to call the hotels financial team. Hopefully the issue does indeed correct itself.
