Excellent ambiance and functional, fun design. It was very obvious that whoever designed the hotel to tried to think of the consumer and how they interact with the space rather than what they wanted to do.

Lots of noise from street and hallway made it impossible to get any sleep. Staff was friendly but didn't really show great concern if stay was comfortable or not...no questions asked upon checkout, etc. Room had minimal amenities and "Krave Station" was nothing more than a coffee machine. There were no towels upon check in and breakfast had very slow service and mediocre food.
