Excellent boutique hotel. Top notch staff especially front door greeters Antonio & Vincent who both went the extra mile to ensure your needs were attended. Was upgraded to a suite when check-in was slightly delayed. The river view! The window seats! The varied lounging and dining options! Bed was cozy. Bathroom well appointed. Fireplace in lobby was perfect gathering place. Will return next time I'm in Chicago.

This hotel is wonderful! The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. The hotel amenities are nice. The lobby is very mod and vibey. The location was very convenient and walkable to our favorite restaurants, bars and cafes as well as to the L. We will definately stay here again.

Nice Hotel

It was a nice experience. The hotel lobby was quite inviting. I did a pre-check in so I was able to drop off my bag then went about our day until the room was ready. There were two gentleman at the front desk for check in and they were very friendly and helpful. Given it was St. Paddy's weekend, I could only imagine how crazy it was but they were friendly and nice. I spent some time in the lobby area because it was so warm and inviting. The room/bathroom was clean and spacious.

This hotel was in a great location within the loop near the Chicago river and the art institute and Magnificent Mile. The restaurant at the hotel is also wonderful for breakfast and for dinner.
