Convenient location Great staff

Great location. Kind and polite service

The staff was amazing. The room was nice.

The location, and service were excellent. The room could have been cleaned a bit better, maybe it was due to COVID staffing issues. It was not vacuumed and there was a hair in the bathroom. That said, it was a really nice stay, the front desk and especially the doormen were very helpful and polite. Would stay again!

Poor parking options, room are dated and could use refreshed. Some staff very friendly, some staff not. The rooms were clean.

The property was great and very clean, the room was the same. The area was outstanding, but the park and was a little far away. Overall not a big deal and they have a valet option. I highly recommend this hotel and the room was comfortable.

Very nice, clean, and freaky friendly staffs

This hotel was perfect for a girls trip!! Right in the middle of all the shopping, tourist destinations and all the restaurants. Great clean and spacious rooms with amazing city views.

I enjoyed my stay here with my husband, the room was gorgeous and clean. We had a great afternoon, got some food and settled in for the evening, and that’s when things get weird. We are hanging out, watching tv when we hear a noise at the door. Someone was trying to get in our room with a key card. We received 3 phone calls from the front desk, the first asking if we needed luggage assistance and the final two asking who we were. The next morning we left, and when we came back we were locked out of our room, and we were kicked off the WIFI(which we paid for) As it turns out, someone accidentally booked our room twice. Mistakes happen and I completely understand. The problem is that we were charged twice for the room. We called the day we got home, after we saw the transaction on our card. The manager apologized and said he would fix it. 10 business days go by and we still don’t have our money, so we call back. They tell us there is no manager on site and if we want someone to fix it we need to call the hotel accountant on Monday. That’s annoying, since we didn’t make the mistake but whatever. Call the accountant, leave a voicemail and we don’t hear back. We call again and they said they did refund the money, and tell us it’s on the credit card ending in (insert numbers here) That wasn’t our card. It then took another 5 days and the money is finally back on our card, 3 weeks after our stay. Everyone we talked to was nice, but unfortunately not very helpful.

Electrical system dated and light fixtures weren’t working properly

The restaurant was a joke. Breakfast awful; menu selection incredibly limited and prices outrageous. $5.50 plus tax for a small cold cup of coffee? One block from the hotel you have a superb coffee cup for $ 4.00 at Starbuck. Also, the waiter and waitress very unfriendly.
