Great service and friendly staff
Receiving a call while driving to hotel about my credit card. Being told that my card was no good even though when making reservation everything was good. Turned out the numbers got mixed and their was no issue. I didn't know when making reservation that I had to pay for parking my car ? Especially since it was in outside parking lot. The hallway was extremely long walk to my room which was on the end of the floor.
No two-bed rooms. No rollaway. Checked me in to occupied room.
It was a very nice stay. Great Customer Service. smelled good. Overall the service was great.
The location was good for our traveling to a destination birthday celebration and the desk staff were very helpful. On Saturday, we left around 1:30 and returned around 9 pm, but our room had not been done.

Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. Rooms are extremely clean. The breakfast was very good and well maintained. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Offered help about parking downtown. Over all the entire stay was great. I would give it a 10 if I could.
I liked Israel very much; he learned our names and took the time to ask us about our specific events from each day. I like the sausage gravy and biscuits in the morning; the owners have a clean place and it’s close to Midway. Drivers were cool, didn’t leave us anywhere dangerous, and were quite punctual-MUST let front desk know you need them and it’s under 15 mins. A+ for a 3 star hotel.
It's Quality Inn; it means a lot in its name so everything is beyond our expectations. Love to come again and stay always here. Best of the best experience.
This hotel is very neat and clean. The employees are very cheerful and courteous. The hotel is located on Cicero near Giordano's, our favorite Chicago restaurant, and Midway Airport. They have an excellent free breakfast. We have stayed here before, and we will stay here again.
The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and it was pretty quiet. The free breakfast buffet was a bonus! I suggest taking the train downtown because the traffic is terrible at all times and it’s horrible finding reasonable parking. The hotel is close to the train station. You can get everywhere by train and save a lot of money.
Good basic clean hotel with transportation (that was a plus).
