It was a really nice hotel In a perfect location. The overnight parking however was way too expensive. Yummy cookies as you enter.

Hotel looked like it was under renovation but it was still nice!

Hotel was in the middle of a strike. Services was precarius and there was a employees manifestation in front of the hotel, making a unbelivable noise from 5am to the sunset. Hilton just made a letter of excuse. Unaceptable!

Hotel workers on strike, and room not as clean as it could be - pretty dusty. No safe for valuables. Also, pool and fitness rooms were closed. Staff were very friendly and generous with the cookies. Great location.

Our hotel was on strike, so no services were provided, nor was any discount offered on our room rates that we paid for. The hotel should have given us a partial refund because of the lack of services and reduced staff. The beds were also uncomfortable - seemed like old mattresses. The entire hotel is under construction, too, which again, should have been seen in a reduced price. We way overpaid for our experience!!

No mention of construction at booking. Super outdated hotel. Old everything. Extremely overpriced for what it is.

Loved the outdoor lounge/ pool deck, the hotel restaurant is really good and low cost, the room is very nice and location excellent. On the down side there was no working fan in our bathroom so if two of us showered bAck to back the condensation was raining from the ceiling for a solid 12 hours after-ew. The ice machine on our floor was broken for our entire 4 day stay. Our coffee maker also did not work. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.. it was overall a great stay

Great location! Ongoing construction was disruptive. Despite assurances from hotel, the pool was shutdown midway through our stay. We were told to take our 3 and 1 year old grandsons to the lake if we needed to swim! Our recently renovated bathroom had mildew around the sink and in the shower. Overall - just so, so. Making arrangements to stay elsewhere when we return!

Hated the fact that the parking garage was under construction. One way up or down, tight fit, & the dust was unbelievable. You could see it in the air & the layer on my car for 1 night was terrible. Room was fine for our needs. Lots of elevators to get you to your room, didn’t have to wait long for 1.

The garage was under construction. There was no indoor pool. Close to Magnificent Mile.

The hotel and staff provided an excellent experience for our stay in Chicago. It's location was perfect for what we wanted to do - could walk to anywhere. The staff was friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Being in the middle of the city with a 50% of parking was a bonus.

The hotel lobby is unappealing to say the least & no where close to the photos. Additionally, the whole hotel seems a bit off OR someone is doing something very wrong; the vibe of this being an hourly hotel is beyond comprehension. The beds are uncomfortable; I prefer DT as they have comfortable bed but this was HORRIBLE & I have a back pain from the spring mattress + some rashes (bed bugs?). I am glad it was a one night trip only else I would have left the hotel to the nearest Marriott or Hyatt. Beware!

Bathtub was peeling from being painted over Bed linens seem itchy

The room and overall hotel was fine, but the bathroom needed more care. The shower did not drain properly and was not cleaned thoroughly. Other than that, was a pleasant stay
