I had no clue this was the historical Cook County Hospital building. Our middle child was born there and we spent 4 months there in the premature unit. Born 1.5 Lbs 3 months early. Good knowledge in the museum of how they refurbished the building.

We loved the parmesan fries at the bar area and while we waited for them to cook we enjoyed the connect four and the pool table.

An interesting facgt that the front desk staff shared with us was that this hotel used to be a hospital. It also has a hospital museum in the building. The breakfast was very delicious!
