Stunning Historic Hotel. Due to our late check-in we were upgraded to a suite on the 11th floor. Bed was wonderfully firm, slept like a stone. Exposed woodwork on the furniture could use a thorough cleaning, otherwise, cleanliness of the facility was superb.

The location is excellent. An easy walk to all of our desired stops. Ample parking across the street. The lounge is gorgeous. We have stayed here multiple times. This is an old hotel and the rooms are on the small side, but the building has plenty of character and beautiful details. The only complaint this visit is that the hallways were thick with marijuana odor. I am under the impression that no smoking is no smoking. Not just cigarettes. This was not just from one room, but multiple as we walked through the halls.

The first time I've stayed at the Palmer House since Potter Palmer was alive. Beautiful hotel with great people.

Bathroom was dirty and in need of repair. Shower head barely attached to the wall. Constantly leaking. Toilet paper was worse than some gas stations I've been to. Room in need of a lot of cosmetic repair to the furniture.

Great downtown location near Millenium Park. Workout facilities are very good. Looking forward to pool being completed. Not available on stay December 2018.

Beds were small and lumpy, torn curtain, small bathroom, sockets to plug in were loose.

We had a good time at the hotel, really close to downtown and at a economic price.

Took an hour to check in and parking was difficult

Central location with plenty of things to do in and around the hotel. Staff is very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. We somehow lost the ticket for the parking Garage and the front desk took care of it for us!

Staying at the Palmer house was a great historical experience. Such a beautiful lobby! The location was great!. The room needs some updates. Shower curtain should be on a curved shower rod to provide more room in the shower. The wifi didn't work even though we are Hilton Honors members. The selection of TV channels were bare minimum. We had a broken tablet as well.

Beautiful historic building. Great bars and dining. Central location.

Room was big but elevator noise was annoying, and I think rooms need carpet steam cleaned at least once a month.

the hotel was a great location for Chicago shopping and Christmas experience!

They gave me keys to a room that was occupied. Very awkward. Then I had to get back in line, after going upstairs and navigating the hallways, to get keys to another room.

Great experience. Very accommodating to requests & assistance
